Awesome and beautiful!
Our stay was just so wonderful and peaceful. The view was simply beautiful and it reminded us of the way Hawaii used to be. The condo was perfect and everyone we encountered were just so friendly and helpful! When we plan our next trip, we will certainly come back to Makaha Valley. An unexpected oasis on Oahu
This studio was more than we could have expected. The view was stunning, and the unit was stocked with everything we would have needed - even beach chairs and paddle boards. Mac and Nancy have thought of everything and their hospitality and service was amazing. I would highly recommend renting from these owners (they have several rental units at Makaha Towers of different sizes). Makaha Towers in itself is a hidden gem, The swimming pool is immaculate and handy when one doesn't want to drive to the beach, of which there are several close by. It is the perfect place for a quiet vacation and only a 45 minute drive to Honolulu or the North Shore when a change of pace is needed. We would rent form Mac and Nancy if anytime we plan to visit Oahu.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowd and drive just 2 minutes to your own nearly deserted beach, look no further.
This cozy, quiet, fully-furnished, seventh-floor, studio apartment features an outstanding view of the Makaha Valley mountain range and the ocean. It's located on the leeward side (dry side) of Oahu -- on the Waianae Coast. The upper west coast of Oahu is what Hawaii used to be, a tranquil place in between the breathtaking mountains and a coastline of countless beautiful beaches.
This studio comes fully equipped with a king size murphy bed (quality mattress), newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, extra sheets and towels to make your stay comfortable and convenient. . Laundry on premises. A flat screen TV, Cable, WiFi, DVD, free parking and Central A/C is included. This unit is pristine and you will love it.
Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit, everything else is already waiting for you!
There is a great on site pool, a BBQ area next to it. The lanai has with a spectacular panoramic view, and that's from the inside too, as there are floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass sliding doors for a full view virtually from anywhere in the studio!
The property is LUSH and well-groomed with birds-of-paradise, ginger, and sexy pink flowers and palm trees throughout. 24/7 security throughout including the ample parking area. Native birds and wild peacocks awaken you at sunrise with a symphony of song. From the lanai, you overlook an 18-hole golf course (Country Club is open to the public), rugged mountains, and the coastline. And it's not uncommon to catch sight of whales spouting water, just past the breakers. Social gatherings at the swimming pool and barbecue area just seem to happen almost daily.
Our Capital City of Honolulu and Waikiki Beach are just 25 miles south when you feel like a day of playing total tourist, and for your convenience, Costco, Wal Mart, Safeway Foods, theatres, beauty salons, etc are about 25 minutes in Kapolei.
