My husband and I just loved staying here. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. Everything was perfect for our needs. Lots of beach stuff for us to utilize. It was in the perfect location away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The beach is right outside the condo and was never too crowded! Almost a private beach. We were a little intimidated driving through Makaha but once we got to the condo we were very relaxed and excited about our stay. We would definitely stay here again! ((If it helps we are 26)) --The conditioner & internet didn't work for us but we never brought it up with Kathy since it wasn't a big concern.

Most relaxing vacation ever
My 18-year old son and I stayed at this property for 8 days. Every year we go to a new tropical island to scuba dive or snorkel and this location was by far the best experience we had so far. This place is close to everything that was interesting to us, yet remote enough that we never felt crowded. The condo was immaculate, the beach was pristine, the surrounding mountains were within reach and the food choices were plenty. We never had to run the AC since the constant breeze was enough to keep us cool. Falling asleep every night to the sound of the waves was therapeutic. Watching sunsets every night was a far better show than watching the TV. I wish we can come back someday. Kathy was great to deal with and she let us have a very late checkout on the day of our departure. Thank you!

Fabulous condo on almost private beach
We spent 10 wonderful nights in this well appointed condo. We were lucky enough to be back at the condo most nights just in time to see the wonderful sunsets from our private lanai. We spent lots of time on the very quiet beach, around the pool, and watching sea turtles, whales, and even Dolphins from our lanai. This "quiet" side of Oahu is a great place to get away from the crowds and traffic of Honolulu and Waikiki. I also want to thank Kathy for being one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with, and I deal with hundreds of people a week. Mahalo!

Best Beach on Oahu!
Kathy's condo was perfect! This condo was renovated with tasteful appointments, a beautiful kitchen, very comfortable bed, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The place where you will spend all your time will be the spacious lanai. The view is spectacular! Sunsets, moonsets, and watching the light change of the ocean during sunrise will fill the soul. The beach below is one of the best on the island! On a crowded weekend day there might be ten umbrellas dotting the sand. Locals and visitors share the waves. The water is absolutely beautiful. Make sure to bring your snorkeling equipment (or use one of the sets left behind by past guests) because you are going to love swimming wight he numerous turtles. This is the place to stay if you want to get away from the tourist crush and experience a locals only Oahu. Waianae now has a Starbucks, but I recommend buying Kona coffee for your relaxing mornings on the lanai. This is also a Jamba Juice for pre-hike fueling. You have to drive to Ko Olina for the nicer restaurants, shops, and conveniences, but the short drive is well worth being away from the crowds. If you stop for supplies on your way in, you would not need to leave the property to fully enjoy your stay at this beautiful condo. A note about Kathy: I stayed for a week and then left to continue my vacation in Kauai. As soon as I boarded the plane, I realized I left all my medications in the side table at the condo. I suffer from a painful medical condition and the rest of my vacation could have been ruined. Kathy answered her phone even though she was away on the Big Island, and was gracious and understanding. She had the medications overnighted to my condo in Kauai. She really went above and beyond. I look forward to my next stay!

Absolutely the best kept secret on Oahu, the Hawaiian Princess Resort is only 45 minutes away from the airport, less than an hour from Waikiki, and a world away from the crowds. Located on the sunny leeward coast of the island, this condo is situated on a long white sand beach. Enjoy a quiet, peaceful morning walk along the shore where you may be the only one on the beach. Watch spectacular sunsets over the ocean as you dine on your private lanai. Fall to sleep each night listening to the rhythm of the waves right outside your door.
The ocean in front of the condo has abundant aquatic life. You can swim with the many sea turtles that frequent the area, or spot tropical reef fish and an occasional eel while snorkeling. Watch the dolphins play in the cove. In the winter, observe the whales from your private lanai. Even the endangered Monk seal occasionally pays a visit to the beach. When the surfs up, you can boogie board or even try surfing. All of these activities can be experienced right outside your front door. Resort amenities also include a pool, jacuzzi, picnic area, tennis court and a game room. Also, within a very short distance you will find two outstanding golf courses, deep sea fishing, and fine dining.
Our upscale condo has been recently remodeled. with the best of everything. Amenities include a fantastic bedroom with a wall-mounted flat screen TV, engraved banana leaf furniture and a king-size bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress topped with Hawaiian quilt and shams. It also has a spectacular, fully furnished kitchen with cherry wood cabinets including a built-in hutch, an engraved and hammered copper sink, GE Profile appliances, Silestone countertops and a tropical bamboo ceiling. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled, large walk-in shower with the ever popular, rain style showerhead and horizontal body jets. There is also an engraved copper sink and Danze bamboo faucets complimenting the cherry vanity.
The condo has and HE5 large capacity washer and dryer and bamboo flooring throughout. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, large flat panel TV. The sunset-ocean view from the lanai (and living room and kitchen) is nothing short of breathtaking. The condo has been decorated in tropical colors and accented with bamboo wall coverings.
The condo comes equipped with all linens, kitchenware and beach equipment that you will need for your stay in paradise. No expense has been spared to make this condo one-of-a-kind. It is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries or anyone else who deserves the very best.
