Minimum StayIt makes me think i'm not so important
As members for many years i often think "the next stay will be great" only to find it's about the same thing all the time. the very best stay we have had was at the Westin Kanapoli . we got the rooms we asked for ,it was GREAT At Princeville we had asked for two rooms with adjoining doors as our family that had flown from England (9000 miles) could share our room and we could be close without going out of one room to get to the other. We didn't get what we asked for. I also told the reception desk twice that our family was celebrating their anniversary and nothing . when i was checking out i told the desk how disappointed i was to which i go, "Oh i'm sorry" Really! The SPG group is a great group of vacation spots but they have to do something about the booking.

Blissful Kauai
This hotel is very beautifully landscaped and situated in a bluff overlooking the ocean. There are 3 beautiful pools and spas, depending on what you want, and a keiki pool. We love the variety of birds that inhabit the grounds and the peacefulness of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great Resort
Great resort with lots of options. Kitchenettes in each room which were great. Lots of pools for all the guests. One issue is the rooms on the east side gave limited parking. Not enough parking spots for the amount of rooms over there. Main complaint is that SPG status is not recognized at this property. It is an ownership resort and if you’re not an owner, SPG status doesn’t account for anything (including my Lifetime Platinum).

First Visit to Kauai
Stayed here for the first time and the location is beautiful and very quiet. The property is gorgeous and pretty much what we expected. I didn't like that the pool bar closed so early (6pm). The other thing I didn't like was the placement of the air conditioning vents in our room, they are pointed right at your face while in bed. That made it very uncomfortable for me, my husband didn't seem to mind. The pool on the West side near bldg 6 & 7 is very nice and caters to adults. The larger pool in the middle is also cool because you are near all the activity and bar.
