We've been lucky enough to visit this home a few times now. When we walked in the door it was like we were coming home. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us (we've stayed here before with 10). We got great use out of the kitchen and BBQ. The owners were quick to reply and fix a problem with a clogged drain. I cannot recommend this property enough.

House slept 10 comfortably. All beach amenities added value and increased experience for children. Should have 2 trash bins since trash pick up is 1x week and food purchases generate alot of trash.

It was all we hoped for and more!
The house was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family vacation. The owner was very helpful and the information provided prior to the trip was exceptionally well done. We would highly recommend staying at this property as it and the location were perfect for a marvelous first vacation in lovely Kauai.

Absolutely spectacular!
We rented this stunning home for a little over a week with our 4 kids. The home, furnishings, neighborhood, and location do not get any better than this. John is a wonderful owner to work with and manages his property perfectly. We enjoyed the bikes every day and couldn't have lived without the beach chairs, towels, coolers, snorkel equipment, etc. Not having to scramble and rent these while vacationing in Hawaii makes a big difference! This home was clean and fresh and so well maintained. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect rental for our family. Can't wait to rent here again!

There are 3 lanais, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Lanais are accessible from their adjoining bedroom. Three bedrooms have either a queen or king size bed, as well as adjoining bathrooms. The fourth bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds. The layout allows the cool ocean trade winds to flow through the home and there are ceiling fans in every room, including the outdoor lanai's. Travertine floors downstairs, granite countertops throughout, hardwood flooring upstairs, and carpeted bedrooms combine to make this home both comfortable and luxurious. The home is furnished with a built-in refrigerator, gas cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and six burner gas BBQ. We have a 50 inch wide screen HDTV, Cable and a number of DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment. Broadband internet access is available at no charge (wired/wireless). A computer work area with an All-In-One (printer/fax/scanner) machine is available. Free LD calls. Great beaches are within minutes of our home in Princeville
Golf: If you love to play golf there are 45 great holes at the Princeville resort.
The home is within 2 minutes drive to the Makai course!
