Immerse yourself in the magic of Kauai through this beautiful and conveniently located townhouse in the heart of the Master Planned Princeville Resort on Kauai's North Shore. Nestled between breathtaking Golf Courses and adjacent to the 5 star resort of The Westin Princeville, it makes for a perfect place for your dream vacation. Being in Princeville also means being close to shopping, dining, beautiful tropical beaches with breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous hiking trails.
The townhouse is 1300ft2, very spacious, two bedrooms with individual full bathrooms; cal king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs and queen size in the downstairs bedroom, and a couch in the living room (not comfortable for sleeping overnight) Please note that the upstairs bedroom with the king size bed is designed as a very large loft. Please see the picture "Master Bedroom". Also note, there is no AC in the unit; none of these units have an AC and thus it's scratched off in the Amenities list. We do have large ceiling fans everywhere in the unit. The appliances are either new or in very good condition -- we have a very nice dishwasher, double doors fridge, recently purchased full size washer/dryer (inside the townhouse), oven/cooktop, microwave, coffee machine and grinder and various other kitchen gadgets. We have CableTV with 300 channels, 30Mbps internet, WiFi, and unlimited US calling set up for you. We've tried to provide for all the common beach accessories including boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc. Please understand that these are provided for free for your use, and we cannot always immediately replace an item broken by the previous guest (just not enough time). If you find that an item needs to be replaced, please do let us know immediately. The beach gear is stored outside, in the patio storage. There is a key hanging on the wall by the kitchen. There is a BBQ outside at the patio as well. This unit is at the end of the Puamana development, inside Princeville, right across the Westin, and right by the forest trail that goes down to Anini Beach.

Puamana is in Princeville, a beautiful development in the northern part of Kauai. You can walk to Anini Beach, or drive there with your gear in 15 min (it takes 10 min to walk using the forest trail, or 10-15 min to drive the short distance since you have to exit Princeville and get on to the highway for a short distance). There is grocery story right in Princeville along with some stores and restaurants. The Westin is right across, and St Regis is a 5 min drive. You must rent a car in Kauai because you'll want to explore all of the beaches that are nearby, but a driving distance. Kauai is paradise. Do check out all of the beaches around Princeville - Anini, Tunnels, Hanalei Bay, and definitely Ke'e. Tunnels beach is hard to park at, the signs are not that helpful, but it's worth the hunt. Get there early because there isn't a lot of parking. Ke'e also fills up early, but there is another, larger parking nearby as well. Anini has plenty of parking; Hanalei Bay has a larger parking lot as well.
