My family with three kids enjoyed our stay here. Villa is in a great location right next to two wonderful and unique beaches, hideaways and Hanalei Bay in front of the St. Regis. From the deck you can see the ocean and the mountains and across the street stunning views of the ocean and great spot to watch the sunset. Short drive to several other wonderful north shore beaches and to Hanalei for shopping and dining options. Plus we walked to dinner at the nearby Hideaways pizza pub. The villa was nicely equipped and clean with comfortable beds including the pull out couch. The was a wonderful outdoor shower with great pressure and warm water, super convenient for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. Only thing missing was a hair dryer! There also was some traffic noise from cars entering and exiting the St. Regis throughout the day. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends!

Fabulous Location!
The location can't be beat! Right next to the St. Regis and at the trailhead to two amazing beaches, this villa was in the perfect location. This villa wasn't fancy, but it was clean, equipped nicely, and had comfortable beds. And the views were majestic! Lori was great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hanalei Bay Villas are stand alone residences in Princeville, right next to the St. Regis Resort on the North shore of Kauai. Hanalei Bay Villa 1 is nestled beneath the shady palms of Princeville, Kauai. It is the closest condo to the 5 star resort The St. Regis. It is newly remodeled, comfortable, and has everything you could need during your stay in Kauai.
HBV #1 has all the amenities you need to feel relaxed and right at home. It is a spacious and fully furnished 1300 square feet home, with 2 King bed bedrooms, 1 queen memory foam sofa sleeper and 2 ½ baths. Your parking spaces are at your door step so there is no lengthy haul of luggage, groceries, and beach chairs or toys. The villa is perfect for parents and kids, and private enough for couples or honeymoons! It sits right next to the old Princeville Resort, now the newly remodeled St. Regis Resort. You can walk to the St. Regis for dinner or drinks, or go down the steps to the pool bar or a first class beach. Also you can smile when you see people come and go looking for a spot in the 6 parking places for Hide Away Beach the best beach on the Island, whose trail head is directly across the street from your door!!! When returning from the beach you can use our outdoor shower to keep the sand out of your house and bathrooms! The home is minutes away from anything you want or need including a supermarket, shops, hiking, helicopter tours, horse back riding, golf, paddle and surf board rentals, library, spas and restaurants, etc.
Right outside its windows you will find breathtaking views of the mountains, waterfalls, tropical flora and Bali Hai on the Pacific Ocean. HBV #1 has just been remodeled and you will find everything you need for an enjoyable and memorable Hawaiian vacation. The beds and furniture are the same as you would find in a 5 star resort and the TV is bigger. You can dine out, or use our new pots and pans in the fully equipped kitchen to make your favorite foods at home. Finally you will never forget the time spent on the shaded deck, or patio, with its spectacular views, enjoying your favorite snack or beverage with your friends or family!
