We stayed here for a week, and it was a great base from which to explore the southern end of the island. Within 30 minutes of Volcano Park, South Point, Black Sands Beach, Green Sands Beach, Mauna Loa Road, and more. Though we only communicated via email, Sam was super helpful and friendly. After telling him I liked hiking, he wrote up directions with a map to some of the nearby hikes. He also sent us a comprehensive list of things to see on the island which made our planning so much easier. The complex was really nicely set up. It had a good sized hot tub and a medium sized pool, which was a great way to end our day after exploring the area. If we're in the area again, we would definitely return!

Quiet scenic beauty!
We enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet neat condo. Resort property kept clean, area across condo has a smoking spot, which was a picnic table under the shade of a huge tree. We spent most of the first day at Punaluu Beach and only got in late to sleep. Easy check in & out & the property owners dad lives right next door so it was nice to know someone was nearby in case we needed it.

Clean and cozy
This relaxing retreat condo had all the amenities one could ask for. The stay was quiet, clean, cozy and affordable. Highly recommend!

This condo is part of a small cluster of about 70 units. The grounds are perfectly maintained, and include a pool/hot tub/grills. The condo overlooks SeaMountain Golf Course, there are no restrictions on who can play the course. About a 5-10 minute walk lies the Punaluu Black Sand Beach, which is a nesting ground for the Green Sea Turtle. Every day it is almost guaranteed to see one or more sunning themselves on the sand. The Volcanoes National Park is a quick 30 minute drive up the road.
The condo itself has just been completely renovated, with new appliances, stairs, bedroom, flooring, etc.
