For cancellations greater than 90 days prior to arrival: 5% surcharge, refund of remaining deposits.
Between 60 and 90 days prior to arrival: 30% surcharge applies.
Less than 60 days prior to arrival: 100% surcharge applies.

Charges and deposits:
Less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due at time of booking.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total reservation is due at booking.
Any remaining balances are charged 60 days prior to arrival automatically (with notice) to the credit card on file.
