Two Queen size futons in the living room, and a Pack & Play collapsible play pen for infants. Free, secure cable internet plus secure WiFi and cable TV.

For Cancellations: Greater than 90 days prior to arrival: 5% surcharge, refund of remaining deposits.
Between 60 and 90 days prior to arrival: 30% surcharge applies.
Less than 60 days prior to arrival: 100% surcharge applies.
Charges and deposits:
Less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due at time of booking.
Greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total reservation is due at booking.
Any remaining balances are charged 60 days prior to arrival.
No pets allowed for this bungalow.
Due to a neighborhood agreement, no event or gathering is allowed in this home. A maximum of 6 day visitors, who must vacate the property by 6 pm, is allowable. The rules are strictly enforced.
