We had plenty of room for all 8 adults. We had a couple of small issues with the home but nothing to make a fuss about. The location was perfect for us. No beach access behind the home but it was only a short walk. Puamana was clean and immaculately kept. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly, I can't say anything bad about our experience in Puamana. From the ease of renting online to the courteous people we encountered via email and in person at VRBO, APVR & the Puamana staff, it was everything you would want in a Hawaiian vacation and more. First off the townhome: spectacular. From the moment you walk in, you are in the lap of luxury....from the beautiful tiger maple woodwork throughout the entire house, to the all clad cookware in the kitchen, no minute detail was spared. The view is absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset...and the sound of the ocean waves at night is peaceful & soothing. The lanai is where we spent most of our time when at home...being able to shut off the A/C & open up the massive glass/screen door is a treat. And the automatic screens on the lanai help shade the hot sun in the late afternoon as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would want- Vitamix, Keurig, high-end appliances...the list goes on. The bathrooms are top notch with a rain shower with a view upstairs in the main bath, to a deep tub and (small) washer/dryer combo in the other 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are fantastic...2 full bunk beds upstairs, 2 bedrooms with comfy queen mattresses and a master bedroom with views that take your breath away. The Puamana community: a fantastic location, and this rental is in the perfect spot- a far end unit away from foot or auto traffic. The Clubhouse had 3 large clothes washers & dryers, which make for doing beach & bath towels easy, quick & inexpensive (the washer/dryer unit at the house is better suited to small loads). We rented an extra parking space for a second car & the staff was super nice & helpful. The pool is out of this world: warm, spacious & right on the water, where Pacific Ocean waves splash up on occasion on the deck! Plenty of lounge chairs & tables, as well as umbrellas to shield you from the hot sun. We didn't want to leave & cannot wait until we can come back again...

A Beautiful Seaside Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your 4 bedroom home was just the perfect size for our family. The setting is gorgeous with beach access just steps away. The home is very nicely finished with custom wood cabinets and furniture throughout. The kitchen provided nice equipment for our use. We loved the 2 swimming pools on the property that we used. The house is close to town and all the activities and restaurants. We were very happy relaxing there!

This two-story oceanfront townhome is located just 30 feet from the water and has a million dollar view. A major remodel was completed in May of 2015 and it is absolutely phenomenal. The ground floor was expanded for handicap accessibility and includes the kitchen, a bedroom with Duxiana queen bed and full bath, as well as the family room and well appointed lanai.
The amenities available in this beautiful home are custom designed furniture, stainless steel kitchen appliances, Sonoma Williams kitchen ware, all clad cookware, granite countertops, Italian designer tile, Birds Eye maple cabinets and paneling, Automatic Big Ass Fans, Fleetwood sliders, DCS outdoor gas grill and electric screens for the lanai.
There are modern electronics with full internet access and a hard wire port and office area with printer. The TVs are set up with Netflix and guests with an Apple TV account can access that feature easily for their entertainment.
The master bedroom suite is located upstairs with expansive ocean views, king size Duxiana bed, private bathroom and flatscreen TV. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. One has a Duxiana queen bed and the other has bunkbeds with two full beds, all have egyptian cotton linens and hypoallergenic down pillows. ID # W00243036-01
