With only screens in nearly all the windows and fans in every room, you experience the easy breezy hawaiian lifestyle.The lower level of the home offers a perfect arrangement for entertaining with a well equipped kitchen,living room and dining room with access to the lower lania, game room with wet bar and bedroom with king bed open to the cool and shady fenced in back yard with patio area. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. An attached, fully screened in sleeping lanai with 2 twin beds is semi private, as access to this area is through the master bedroom. The home is conveniently located across the street from a shoreline access, a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or tea and evening sunsets. Only a half mile north of Kahalu'u beach, a world class snorkeling spot and a half mile south of Magic Sands beach, popular beach for body surfing, boogie boarding or just laying out. Nearby Keauhou, offers a shopping center with a grocery market, drug store, medical facility's, shops, restaurants, cinema, farmers market, small harbor with boat ramp, golf and a sprinkling of resorts.
There is some snorkeling gear in home for guests to use. There is also two transit systems that run on Alii drive.
