The property in Kihei surpassed our expectations in every way, the condo was perfect, the views were perfect, the vacation was beyond perfect! Gayle has everything right there for you to relax and effortlessly enjoy every minute, you really don’t even have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. My favorite part of the property was the Lanai and full kitchen, it allowed us to truly relax and take in the beautiful Hawaiian views. My only regret, is I wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend Gayle and this property over and over again- it was a 5 star experience!

Wonderful Stay
We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need/want (fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, etc). There were so many added touches such as the snorkel equipment, beach chairs, mats and towels, cooler and ice pack, binoculars to watch the sea turtles from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was always a comfortable temperature with the air conditioning, ceiling fans and windows/doors to open during the day. The property is in an excellent location. It was a 5 to 10 minute drive to many restaurants and the grocery store. It’s also centrally located to the airport and many other attractions (eg Lahaina, start of the road to Hana etc). We also used the pool and rooftop bbq. We especially LOVED the huge sea turtles that were regular visitors every morning to the beach and watching the sunset from the balcony.

Amazing Properties
o much to be said about this property. Beautiful, clean, perfect location, very helpful host. The view from this private, quiet condo is stunning. Watch sea turtles and fish in the ancient Hawaiian fishpond, take provided beach chairs and umbrella to the beach right below, relax on the lanai for the sunset. Close to airport, beaches, shopping, and more. I can’t say enough about this property and host. Hopefully I get the chance to come back and stay again!

Excellent view. Beautiful beach. Everything we needed for wonderful two week stay.
The location was everything we hoped for. Quiet side of town, beautiful beach right outside our doors, very comfortable unit. We did not need to turn air conditioning on at all as unit is set up with paddle fans in every room including bathroom and with lovely breeze from mountain side one day or ocean side next day. Every day we spotted turtles and whales from our deck. Be sure and bring binoculars

It's a beautiful picturesque property, and Pictures will tell the story, however you can't get closer to the ocean than this unit on the TOP FLOOR. IF VIEW is important to you, you have found it! Take long walks on the beach directly from the property. Swim directly below, or walk over to visit the Whale Sanctuary next door. All remodeled,air conditioning, tile floors throughout including lanai, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, bathroom has step in shower, all tile and granite, washer/dryer in unit, tropical furnishings, DVD player and library of DVD's and books on the local area, stereo, complimentary high speed WIFI, free parking, beautiful oceanfront lanai for dining, and all the comforts of home. Everything is tailored to excellence, including a beautiful Hawaiian quilt on King bed (temper-pedic for a great night's sleep); ceiling fans to cool you when the ocean breezes calm down; spices for cooking, but the best is the lanai. This lanai is totally private, has the best views, and sunsets are often spectacular. Be sure to take a look at the pictures, all taken from this unit.

Kihei is centrally located near airport(9 miles), restaurants, harbor, shopping (safeway is 1.2 miles), and lots of wonderful sandy beaches.Â
