The property's light open floor plan has a comfortable great room and large lanai perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day on the beach. The welcoming great room area has a relaxing living area with a large LCD HDTV and DVD Player. From the great room you walk onto the large lanai that offers table seating for 4 where you can enjoy the morning sun as you sip your cup of Maui coffee. Grill up some fresh mahi mahi later in the day on the BBQ. There are lounge chairs to sun on or simply relax and read a book.
The granite kitchen has a pass through to the lanai making it easy to serve and clear. The open layout of this fully equipped kitchen makes it enjoyable to prepare any meal.
You will find your beautifully decorated master suite the perfect way to end the day. Enjoy peaceful night sleep on our king size bed with 500+ thread count sheets. The master suite also features a TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, and air conditioning (not central air conditioning). (Note: The home only has AC in the Master Bedroom). The large master bathroom has spacious counter tops, a tile bathtub/shower and tile flooring with a separate toilet area. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed with tasteful artwork and of course 500+ thread count of plush linens.
