We really enjoyed our stay here. It was right next to the beach as advertised. Also conveniently located by a great shave ice place and by a bike trail that my husband enjoyed. The unit was located in a quiet area. The building manager and regular residents are super friendly. Check in was easy since it's just a code. The air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable which was very important since I was pregnant during our stay. Washer and dryer were located behind the building so not too far away. Parking was generally easy to find.

Great place!
We knew coming here wasn't going to be the most lavish place to stay at, but the proximity to the beach is what we were looking for. We have a 6 year old daughter and wanted her to be at a place where we could just walk to the beach easily. The condo was perfect for us and our family. It wasn't anything fancy, but it had everything we needed and more. We love how small the community is here and how welcoming everyone was. The management was wonderful and they made sure our stay was going good. Our daughter was pretty much the only kid in the pool the whole 10 days we stayed here, because it is not a large complex overran by hundreds of tourists. The beach was amazing and hardly anyone on it! A short walk on the beach will take you to an ABC store as well as a bakery and shaved ice. If you stay here, we would recommend having a car however. We would definitely stay here again because of the wonderful experience we had. We did leave a brand new boogie board and sand toys for future guests to enjoy. Thank you Dean for your great condo and we hope to stay again.

The best part of the Island!!
Thanks to Dean, the owner, we had a wonderful time in the Kihei condo and for us it was the most beautiful part of the island!!! So much to do and see, couldn't ask for more. The condo it self is very nice. Small but nice. The private Lani was a perfect place to enjoy the summer rains and to have cocktails at sunset! The beach is literately steps away and we totally enjoyed our sunset swims in the warm welcoming waters of Maui. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have had the pleasure of sleeping on! The only downside for us were the stairs up to the condo. They are very narrow and steep and I struggled with getting my suitcase up since I'm 63 and not as strong as I use to be. Thankfully my husband is younger and was able to get it all done for me. Other than that, it was a perfect romantic retreat for us and we will definitely be back.

Kihei Kai is an oceanfront property that is situated on the southern end of Sugar Beach. It is the perfect location for your Hawaiian getaway. Sugar beach is the longest continual white sand beach in Maui. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable.
This is a nice, clean, upstairs unit that has a pool view and partial ocean view from the large spacious lanai. It has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV/Blu Ray player, free Netflix, washer / dryer, and high speed wireless. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a queen futon bed in the living room. Sleeps 4.
Just 60 steps from the Condo front door to the sand. Very quiet calm beach with awsome views. Walk for miles. The complex has a relaxed private atmosphere. There are high quality gas grills and lounge chairs on the beach for your use.
Close to many great resaurants and shopping. Just 10 minutes from the airport. Centrally located to all of the great activities.
Maui has a nice Mall, Walmart, Kmart, Target, Safeway and other nice grocery stores, CVS and Walgreens pharmacies, flea markets, close by clinic just in case.
Another very nice convenience when staying at an oceanfront condo is that you can rent a paddle board or Kayak and store it on the property during your stay. No need to go somewhere else to rent for just a couple hours. Get up every morning and do some paddling! Like to windsurf or kite surfY We are right next to the best location for these activities.

Near by convenience stores and sandwich/cocktail bar within walking distance from beach. Short drive to Longs drug store, grocery stores, farmers market, many restaurants, boat harbor.
