IF VIEW is important to you, you have found it! Take long walks on the beach directly from the property. Swim directly below, location is great as you can walk over to visit the Whale Sanctuary next door. All remodeled, tile floors throughout including lanai, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, bathroom has step in shower, all tile and granite, washer/dryer in unit for your convenience, tropical furnishings, DVD player with library of DVD's and books on the local area, stereo, complimentary high speed WIFI, free parking, beautiful oceanfront lanai for dining, and all the comforts of home. Everything is tailored to excellence, including a beautiful Hawaiian quilt on King bed (temper-pedic mattress, for a great night's sleep); ceiling fans to cool you when the ocean breezes calm down; (air conditioning added July 2018) spices for cooking, but the best is the lanai. Tranquil area only 1 mile to shopping, restaurants and Safeway for provisions. The beaches are swimmable, the beach on the left of the condo can be walked on for miles.  The airport in Kahalui is only 9 miles away and near a Costco.Â
 It's just a very convenient spot with free parking, heated outside pool, rooftop bbq's (gas) as well as BBQ's poolside, and shuffleboard. Â
Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am.  Parking pass is required for free parking. There is a small amount of grass between the building and the ocean, however the ocean is as close as it can get; therefore the grounds are not lavish, but well cared for, and lovely to look at. Â

This is best suitable for someone who wants to be in a quiet location, yet close to everything You have to want to be right at the water to enjoy this unit, and you can watch turtles year round, and whales are right out front in season. Â

Contact owner via email or phone, happy to work with you.  Deposit is 50% to block off your dates on the calendars and turn eveyone else down.  Final payment is due 60 days before arrival and then all information you need is sent to you via email. Â
