The condo is very attractively, yet comfortably furnished. There is an on-site swimming pool (shared) for your enjoyment, along with an outside bathroom and outside shower to wash the sand off when you come in from the beach. We provide boogie boards, low beach chairs, collapsible sport chairs with arms, a beach umbrella, a rolling cooler, and more. We also provide WiFi and phone service with FREE long distance to anywhere in the USA and Canada.
This condo is 1 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, and sleeps from 2 to 4 people. The kitchen has just been remodeled with brand new stainless steel appliances and stunning granite counter tops. It is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need! Wait until you see the new walk-in tile shower in the master bath - and you’re going to love the unique shower head! Both bathrooms have been remodeled in 2015 and each is supplied with a hair dryer. There is a cal-king bed and TV in the bedroom. The living area is wide open and airy, with a queen sized sofa bed, portable A/C unit, and a large flat screen TV. There is also a dining area as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. All linens are supplied as well as beach towels.
Just steps from your lanai are gas barbecues and picnic tables where you can watch the sunset or the whales in the winter while you prepare dinner. If you opt to dine out, you can choose from the huge selection of restaurants Maui has to offer. The nice thing about Kihei is that there are inexpensive and moderately priced eateries as well as world class restaurants, offering gourmet cuisine. Many restaurants, as well as shops, are within walking distance of the condo.
This condo is located in Kihei, on Maui's sunny southern coast, literally steps away from Kamaole Beach One. You have a spectacular ocean view from inside the condo and from your lanai. Kamaole Beach One is a white sand beach, which boasts generally mild surf, perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. You can snorkel at two rock outcroppings at either end of the beach where sea turtles hang out. The rocks also provide fun tide pools to explore at low tide. A lifeguard is on duty seven days a week and there is a public bathroom and shower.
The Kihei Boat Ramp is just down the road. There are many golf courses close by, and of course, many restaurants within walking distance. You can choose from causal to gourmet and everything in between!
Kihei also has a variety of supermarkets, a Long's Drugstore and tourist shops. There is also a Foodland discount card for your use - please leave it for the next guest, though.
