We rented the condo for our first visit to Hawaii and we absolutely loved it! Thu was very quick to respond and answer all our questions so booking was very easy and painless. The condo had everything we were looking for. It easily accommodated our party of 7 and everyone really enjoyed our time there. We even took the Hula dance lesson that was offered to us and we had a lot of fun. The kids got to feed the koi fish every morning and we all enjoyed the lap pool, lagoon pool and the beach daily. The condo is conveniently located between Marriott resort and Disney Aulani resort. We visited both properties, rented paddle boards, enjoyed some Dole whip and celebrated a few birthdays with Disney's Character Dinner at their restaurant. Both properties are a bit crowded so it felt great to come back to our condo where it felt like we had our own piece of paradise. We had a blast! Mahalo for opening your home to us. We will be back!

Favorites: - Unit location (shaded balcony throughout the day) - Parking spot size (not compact!) and location. We had a SUV and had plenty of spaces around us. The parking spot was steps right outside the door to the elevators that leads to your unit floor. - Amenites (both resort and inside unit) - On-island help from Shane/Premiere services - Response rate from Thu, owner. Fun tip: - If you're a Dole whip lover, there's a soft serve machine inside the grocery store at the Ko Olina Station :) We stayed early August 2017 and we're frequent travelers. Great for families. We traveled as a family of five with young children and grandma in tow. Everyone loved their rooms and their own private bathrooms. The unit was well maintained and had just about everything we needed. It even came with introductory, hotel-sized toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bars of soaps which could last for two-three days by one single person. The towels, bed linens, bed, couches were soft to the touch. The bathroom had plenty of drawer and counter space. The location of the unit was perfect for those who spend a lot of time on the balcony. There's never any direct sun anytime of the day so you're guaranteed a shaded balcony overlooking the ocean. The furnitures outside were nice and had a large dining table big enough for a family. The chairs could use some new cushion because they're worn out and flat. Not a deal breaker, though. While the unit overall is great, it would have been nice to have some Hawaiian decor to feel the island ambience. However, this is totally minor and completely based off personal preferences so I wouldn't use this as a factor in renting the unit. I highly recommend this unit and this owner. The response rate from the owner is prompt. Thu was responsive to all questions and confirmed our booking within 24 hours. The concierge service from Shane was a nice touch. I've rented directly from owners on HomeAway before and this is the first time the owner arranged a concierge to greet guests and help with check-in. Shane was also available and responsive when we had a question about the TV during our stay. I get nervous renting from direct owners but Thu's easy communication and onsite services from Premiere made you feel like you were never alone and help was a phone call/text away.

A beautiful place for a dream vacation.
The rooms were large, with ceiling fans, and air conditioning throughout. Large double sliding glass doors opened the whole kitchen and dining room to the lanai, so the inside joined the outside. The view of the ocean was great, as well as the pools. The facilities were great, and the staff worked to resolve any problem quickly and graciously. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Condo Perfect for Family Vacation
This was our first visit to Ko Olina, and the resort, as well as the condo was wonderful! This was a family vacation and we had everything we needed to make ourselves at home, all the while enjoying the beautiful island of Oahu. The condo is nicely furnished and having baby items already in the condo is a definite plus for our infant granddaughter. Additional items for use at the beach (i.e. rafts, chairs, snorkels) are definitely a "plus". The layout of the condo is perfect for the whole family and the view overlooking the quiet pool is perfect for enjoying sipping morning coffee on the lanai. The grounds are well kept and the staff is amazing! We were able to work with Shane prior to our arrival in order to get some of the check-in details worked out. He was very accommodating once we arrived. We would definitely plan another trip and stay at Ko Olina. Working with Thu was great, she answered all of our questions prior to our arrival and provided us with additional information about the resort and of the surrounding area.
