This is a perfect getaway for a couple. Everything you need is in walking distance from your room. Restaurants, kayak and snorkeling rentals, coffee bar, jewelry stores and lots of places to buy souvenirs. I would recommend this location to family and friends. We had a great time.

Great stay
Brad's unit is in a beautiful location, which is perfect for exploring all sides of Kauai. It was clean and in good condition, and the little extras like the beach towels and cooler in the unit made our stay very convenient. Brad was on top of communicating check-in instructions to us and checking in with us on our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again when we make it back to Kauai!

Amazing!
This place is amazing! The location is great, we didn't have to drive too far for anything on the island! You feel like you're right in the middle of everything! The view from the balcony is spectacular and the easy beach access was a dream! Will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Kauai!

Wish we could have stayed longer
All I can say is that I wish I stayed longer. The location is on the beach (not a swimming beach) but a great view and it looks like if would be a good surfing beach for strong swimmers. I also saw some people kayaking. It is in Kapaa, and if you've done your research you know that many shops and restaurants can be found here. It is a fun and busy location - relatively more traffic caompared to the rest of the island. Brad's unit is awesome. We did not find the bed too soft as other reviews have mentioned. The small kitchen is sufficient and we were able to cook full meals - with groceries blocks away, this was such a money saver! We also used the grill by the pool. Also, the bar by the pool has great happy hour prices. Nice little ocean view from the balcony. I wish there was a way to post photos here so that I can show you how wonderful Brad's unit is. Thanks Brad!!!

Fantastic!
Fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants and eateries. Virtually on the beach and would suit a small family or couple. We really liked how well equipped the small kitchen was. Also the highlight for us was the poolside bar! Brad was great and kept in touch if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend.

Unit #320 is a third floor unit with a great ocean view on the private quiet side of the complex. On the top floor overlooking a garden setting with no walking path or foot traffic, you can leave the slider open all night and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. When you awake there will be a chorus of tropical birds to greet you as you enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai. This unit offers you the quiet and tranquility you desire while providing a beautiful ocean view and serene setting! Pool is not far and beach is a few steps and stairs away!
