Incredible! The complex was amazing, the space was clean, cooled, spacious and comfortable. Each morning has the most magnificent sunrise that you can watch from your bed or a short walk to the beach. To anyone staying next, research Portuguese Man of War before getting in the water.

Wow!
Great location! Walking distance to one of the top 5 restaurants in Kauai according to Yelp (Sleeping Giant grill - get the tacos!), an ABC store, bar/lounge and pizza place. The room was quiet, very clean and had an amazing view (sunrises are gorgeous from your balcony). Parking was a little difficult, but they were adding additional spots when we were there. Definitely recommend!

Great Value!
Brad did great to make us aware of everything we needed to know in advance of our stay via email. Gorgeous views ... A high end Ocean front view, for a modest price!

Enjoyed accommodation!
Very good, the apartment is as it is, nice views of the beach / pool and at sunrise, the pool, BBQ and jacuzzi are an extra. Intermediate accommodation on the Island to access everything, communication with Brad correct (email) there you do not see anyone, but we did not need anything either. Repeat, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean and smells good (I read a comment that was not correct)
