Lyle and Vivian are excellent hosts and their place is absolutely exceptional. They were in Canada while we were staying there, but they were still quick to respond to messages, help out, and accommodate a last minute late checkout. The location is prime with so many great things nearby! Rent a car and stay at their place!!

This is a fantastic spot.
This is a fantastic spot. Stayed here on our honeymoon and loved the quiet and the privacy. Also such a great location to leave from either heading to the north or south side of the island. Allows easy access to most attractions. All around great place!

Convenient access to BBQ & pool.
Lyle & Vivian's C-6 unit was ground floor, easy access to carpark & is enough away from highway traffic noise to not be of concern (some condos in this Hale Plantation complex are much closer to the main road). Homely & relatively spacious 1 bedroom condo. Very comfortable bed, great blackout curtains, however we found the light at night shone straight into the bedroom from a narrow vertical window (mottled glass) that is adjacent to entry door - passage way outside latter has all night security lighting shining through ; we noticed some other units had curtained their identical window. No swimming beach across from the condo, nearest one would be approx.250m. Wide choice of utensils, which is important for people like us who prefer to self-cater. Generous supply of towels & beach towels, plus lawn chairs, picnic plates etc. Convenient access to BBQ & pool. No dishwasher and only one sink is a drawback; laundry facilities are nearby with coin operated washers & dryers. Our favourite coffee spot before breakfast each morning was at Java Kai about 2.5km north at Kapaa - great flat whites, Aussie style!

Your perfect 'Home away from Home!' Beautifully decorated in Hawaiian Plantation Style and is bright, cheery. comfy and filled with 'ALOHA!' for a restful &/or adventurous stay.
LOCATION, LOCATION. Yes, we're along the scenic & historic, east coast of Kauai, The Royal Coconut Coast & Kapaa town. 3 min. walk to beach, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs.
Can walk to beaches, dining, shopping, hiking & located along the famous & beloved 8 mile, oceanside walking/biking path & more.
Central on island, 15 mins. from airport.
The resort is a Hawaiian 'Plantation style', two story condo complex.
This location allows you to drive to Hanalei (north) in 30 minutes and also to Poipu ( south) in 30 minutes.
If you prefer not to rent a car, the Kauai bus line stops close by.
C-6 is a newly renovated, one bedroom condo on the ground floor with rejuvenating garden & pool views from the lanai/deck .
The bedroom has an inviting, high end queen sized bed, adorned with luxurious, high thread count linens and beautiful Rosewood furniture. A Queen pull out sofa or air bed accommodates 1 or 2 guests.
New, elegant maple cabinets, a full & well stocked kitchen with granite countertops are welcoming & functional.
The toilet & spa-like walk in shower, are separated from sink/dressing area for privacy.
We are meticulous cleaners and know you will appreciate it.
It has air conditioning, free WiFi Internet, and free parking and many other essentials.
We also enjoy providing a nice 'Welcome gift' for our guests. :)
