The unit was very clean and the complex is nice. We enjoyed the pool bar right by the beach. You are walkable to many shops and a few restaurants, and about a 5 minute drive from Kapaa town. This is a nice quiet option to visit Kauai, we used it as a place to stay a night before and after hiking the Kalalau Trail and it worked out well.

The best spot on the island!
We loved experiencing sunrise on the beach, just steps from the building, then coming back up to the lanai for a simple breakfast including fresh Kaua'ian fruit while watching the waves just beyond the palm trees. Fresh breezes through doors on both sides of the apartment kept us cool and relaxed. Found a spot between the coral just a few yards up the beach for more gentle entry to the ocean for morning swims. Check-in/out is a breeze, and email communication with hosts was great, though we never met them. Thanks!

Fantastic location, would definitely stay again! Kapaa is such a great spot and this is a stone throw from the beach, 15 min from Lihue airport. Highly recommended! Thanks Brad!

Unit #321 is third floor (Top Floor) ocean view unit on the quiet side of the complex. No walking path below. Nice view of the ocean, hear the waves crashing while inside the unit with slider door open. Warm, cozy feel !
