Perfect
The Kauai oceanfront condo was perfect. It is a clean room, steps from the ocean, with plenty of space for three guest. The condo is centrally located making it easy to explore both the north and south ends of the island. And just minutes away are plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. His directions made it easy to locate even after dark. I would stay here again on my next visit to Kauai. Thank you!

Islander is great!
Brad is more than attentive and friendly. I've stayed "in" islander on the beach years ago and it stuck with me SO much I had to come back. Brads unit #163 was so homey and the view from our unit, amazing. We walked 30 STEPS to the beach every morning to catch the beautiful sunrise and even saw a whale breach in the horizon. We loved loved LOVED it and will be back

Ocean view!!
The location of the unit is great! Close to the beach/ocean view from the lanai. The unit is well-enough equipped for two. The instruction/information book was helpful. The bathroom is spacious and modern. We hope to return someday soon!

The best!
This is a perfect place if you want to stay just a few steps from the beach!! It's near multiple places to eat. My favorite part of this place is the BEST COFFEE spot in the same plaza...called, IMUA. They roast their coffee beans right in the shop and make incredible coffee as well as delicious homemade pastries.

Literally on the beach
This place is perfect! It's so close to the beach...literally walking distance. It's a nice location as it's an easy drive to most places on the island. But it's also secluded in that it's towards the end of its building so not much traffic (cars or people). Such a beautiful place! We'd recommend it to anyone staying on Kauai.

Unit #163 is ground level and the 2nd unit from the private beach (approximately 20 paces). Deeming it 'almost' ocean front, as you can see from the photos below.
