We have been to Hawaii before, but always stayed in a Hotel. Because of the size of our party this year, it made more sense to try and rent a house. We seriously hit the jackpot with this property! I can't overestimate the awesome-ness of being on the beach side of the highway and having access to our own beach! So cool! And the recent remodel of the house itself is very well done. I admit I was a little worried about no air conditioning in the summer, but the ocean breezes that close to the beach cooled us down more than adequately. A vacation made fantastic by staying at this property!

Excellent stay by all accounts
We rented this house for our 2016 Family Christmas Vacation. The house was great and very accommodating. It had everything we needed. The backyard was awesome and the kids loves what seemed to us to be our own private/beautiful sandy beach. I think the grand kids where down at the beach two or three times a day for seven days. Any need or issue was taking care of right away. This house was in the perfect spot on the island. I would definitely recommend it and would rent it again.

Perfect Beach House
My husband and I rented this house with some friends, and it was perfect! Great location close to grocery store and town (although Laie is dry so you have to go a little further up the road to purchase alcohol). The house was clean and well kept, and equipped with both bath and beach towels which was nice. The best thing of course, was the beautiful beach right behind the house. There was nearly no one on it but us during our stay, and made us feel like we had our own private beach! Would definitely rent this house again and would also recommend for families with kids.
