Lanikai is beautiful and the property we stayed in was perfect. We had the house and studio upstairs which was plenty of room for 11 of us. We had everything we needed in the house. The pool was great as well as the beach was only a 2 minute walk away. Mike's communication before our trip was great and helpful for our first trip to Hawaii. Damian was around if we needed anything. We'll be back again!

Wonderful, Spacious, Light ,Airy and LOCATION!
This suite was much more spacious than expected from the photos. It was so wonderful to have the beach be just a block away. It is a quiet residential location, which I loved. No hotels, town close by. A lucky find and choice.

Great location, Great Beach
This older island style rental is in an excellent location 2 doors down from one of the public access ways to Lanikai Beach, and has a dedicated parking space for your own vehicle or a rental. The off-street parking was a great benefit as parking is at a premium for the beach users. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The space is perfect for 2-3 people and is close to the shops and restaurants of Kailua, yet located in quiet, relaxing Lanikai. The second story unit was clean with colorful furnishings and included beach chairs, towels, umbrella, body boards, and a cooler for use at the beach. The kitchen has the standard items, but no stove. Food markets are a close 10 minute drive away. There is no air conditioning in the unit, but the nice ocean breezes were great! The manager was very welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the beginning! Overall, this unit is a great value! The unit was used as a base for our days on Oahu (July 2016) and was a perfect starting point to daily destinations all across the island!

Enjoy your Hawaiian getaway on Oahu's beautiful east side! Kailua town is on the windward side of the island where mountains and tropical weather make for lush beautiful scenery year round! Lanikai is a prominent part of Kailua and is known for its world renowned beaches. Kailua town is just a quick five minute drive and has numerous shops, grocery stores, bars, and assortment of restaurants and eateries in which to choose.
