Perched high up on Hualalai Mountain for the ultimate panorama ocean view, this villa sprawls over 2 acres of lush tropical landscape. Enter the tall custom made mango front doors, stroll across the golden bamboo living room flooring, and step out onto the 2,000 sq ft, slate covered veranda! This is the perfect gathering place for your special group event, or just your own family.
The architect designed "pod style" home has three of the bedroom suites separated from the main plantation house. There is over 10,000 sq ft of lavish living space with 5,800 sq ft under roof and 3,900 sq ft enclosed. You will marvel at the spacious lanai's, pool decks, and pathways. Features include a lagoon style swimming pool, lots of waterfalls, and a unique "Lavacuzzi" therapy pool, built into a lava cave grotto.
There are five bedrooms, all with king or queen beds and some additional singles, and 4.5 baths. The large, comfortable media room has a 60" smart TV and Bose sound system with CD/DVD. There's Wi Fi throughout, of course. Oh, and for the musician in the group, a beautiful new Yamaha baby-grand piano sits at the end of the long living room. You can play it, or it plays itself if you desire. The open plan gourmet kitchen has everything, with built in mai-tai bar and breakfast seating, all with marble counters. And all topped off with an expansive ocean view!
Villa Maleka is ideal for families up to 13 people and on-site special events are allowed. There's plenty of room and plenty of parking and a wedding and special events expert is on the Villa Collection staff.
