Condo was great!
The weather was really hot and muggy and the famous tradewinds were missing so lack of AC was definitely an issue; however, we did a lot of pool time so that helped. Great condo with lots of extras and Jim was great to work with!Anonymous

Our stay at Ali'i Villas #327 was wonderful. The view from the lanai was glorious any time of the day. We saw spinner dolphins, monk seal, turtle as well as the cruise ship every Wed and swimmers, snorkelers, paddle boarders, canoe paddlers and all the boats that took tourists on excursions. I decided to book at this complex because my daughter and her husband lived there for 6 months and I always like this part of Kona. Well kept grounds and convenient to the surroundings. The unit itself was clean and well furnished with everything you could or would ever need. Very comfy and well maintained. Lots of ceiling fans and a good cross breeze can be made. There was a lg and small cooler as well as beach chairs and big beach towels. Plenty of containers for your leftovers to be refrigerated. Extra sheets and towels, kitchen towels as needed. The pool is super and we met many of the other owners there as well. We had geckos visit and one we named out on the lanai. Pretty quiet with the exception of a party at the complex next door one night. Otherwise the only sounds were the waves sloshing against the lava rocks. I could actually live in this condo forever. Mahalo Jim for allowing us to come into your home and enjoy the Aloha spirit.Renae T.

Excellent place to stay
We spent 7 wonderful days in Kona and stayed in this VRBO. It had come highly recommended to us and I can see why. It was very well stocked with spices, dishes, towels, beach chairs, books and games. I loved the tile floor which were so easy to sweep up rather than carpet. The owners were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Kona.Helen H.

Best outer island condo
Great place- felt like a home. Loved all the extras- for example, a zipper on a bag would not budge and there was WD40 in the closet! Enjoyed the lanai especially. Large and looked right out on the water. Would happily stay here again.Jan R.

My son and I spent eight nights at this great condo on a dive/spearfishing trip. The view is excellent, and a joy to spend time early mornings drinking coffee, or nights with a beer. The lanai furniture is very nice, and in fact the entire condo is very well maintained and stocked. It was clean when we arrived, and I felt like I was moving into my own home. No a/c, but the breeze this time of year offered comfortable days and nights. The condo was completely stocked with everything you would need to cook and eat, and everything worked as it should. The owners communication was excellent, and he responded to any question I had quickly. This was my fourth trip to the Big Island, and the third different condo I've used, and I would certainly use it again in the future. Note that it is on the third deck (which improved our view), so if you don't want to climb stairs, consider that.Heather R.

We spent seven nights at this great condo and had a fantastic time! We enjoyed the great ocean view from the lanai, having breakfast in the morning and watching the Hawaiian sunsets we will always remember. This very clean and quiet condo has nice furniture, comfortable beds, upgraded kitchen, well stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking spices, towels and clean showers to make you absolutely feel at home. There are ceiling fans in every room, a nice pool to keep you cool and comfortable, and it is only minutes from downtown Kona and 7-8 miles from the airport. There is a resident manager on the property and owner is very accessible by email and phone, in case it is needed. We would definitely come back to stay there again.Frederick M.
