Excellent stay

Owner was very helpful. EXCELLENT location if you want to snorkel or surf. Great views. Comfortable. The a/c was out upstairs but it was not needed. Great Lanai and breeze. Would highly recommend

Perfect location, comfortable house

Comfortable, clean house located across the street from wonderful snorkeling and convenient to many other lovely beaches and sightseeing. The kitchen has new appliances, there are plenty of dishes and towels and other amenities, there's a washer and dryer, and there are nice outdoor spaces for sitting and eating and watching the ocean. The house is just enough off the main street to be relatively quiet. Great base of operations for a visit to the Kona side of Hawaii. A few considerations: – There is no air conditioning and it does get warm, but you can keep the space cool by using the windows, window shades and the many fans available in the house. – This is probably not the best option for people with physical challenges; each room is on its own floor and you do have to climb stairs. – There are two parking spots, but they're not the easiest to get into if you're not used to parallel parking. Consider renting a small to medium sized car instead of a behemoth SUV.

Great location, close to shopping and dining.

This was a great spot for us. It was near to everything that we wanted to do on the island. Right across the street is a great snorkel spot with lots of sea turtles. The owner made this a very easy transaction for us. Thank you!
