We had a wonderful week at Alex and Michele condo. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The view from the lanai was amazing! We enjoyed taking our coffee in the morning in the lanai or watching the sunset. Alex had very good tips for us on the surroundings and things to do. The condo was well located, close to everything. A dream place. I will return it for sure and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Comfortable, quiet and central....beautiful ocean
We were very pleased to arrive at a clean, quiet and very comfortable apartment. The gorgeous view was immediately captivating. Well equipped kitchen, important as we like to cook our own meals. Location was a short walk form the town centre and easy drive to other city destination including great food shopping. We regularly sat on the balcony and watched dolphins frolicking in the waves. Taken together, this property is ideal for a couple or small family,

Amazing
We loved this Condo! Alex and his wife have done an amazing job updating the condo and it has everything you need for a great stay. Loved having a cooler, snorkel gear and chairs. Fantastic!
We loved staying at Kona Reef. The accomodations were very private. We sat on the lanai every morning for coffee and breakfast. We had dinner on the lanai almost every evening and enjoyed the best views of the sunset. I loved listening to ocean from the privacy of our own lanai. Never had to wish we could have a seat at the front of the restaurant by the water because we always had the best seat at the condo. Loved it and would stay there again.

Paradise- our home away from home
I cannot begin to say enough good things about Alex and Michele's condo! The owners have paid huge attention to detail to make sure that your stay in their condo is perfect. The kitchen is always well stocked with a huge assortment of baking and cooking utensils so that you feel right at home. There are beach chair, towels and even snorkeling equipment at your disposal. The view from the lanai is spectacular. There is nothing better than starting and finishing your day on the beautiful lanai. It's close proximity to town is an added bonus. This is the 6th time that we have rented this condo and we would not want to rent from anyone else. It is First class. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Condo!!!
5 of 5 Beautiful condo!!! We have stayed in this condo for the past several years, many times twice per year. Why do we come back so often? This is absolutely the best condo in Kailua Kona. Not only is the condo beautiful, modern, and convenient to everything you may want to do on the Big Island, but the owners are fantastic. They have thought of everything to make your visit feel like home. Have your meals on the lanai and watch the dolphins, canoes, and parasailers, or walk up the short road to any of the Kailua Kona restaurants for happy hour or dinner. We looking forward to our next visit.
