Minimum StayBeautiful Kona oceanfront retreat
This condo was everything the description and reviews said it was. The condo was updated very nicely and the location, both being oceanfront & next to the "oceanfront" pool, was a bonus for us. The 2 bedrooms + loft were perfect for 3 adults and our 2 grandkids. One of the previous reviewers mentioned that if the kids are very young or you cannot climb stairs you probably would not find the loft appropriate for your use. I would add that it also has a long staircase going up from the front door to the main condo floor. I think that is a "spot on" comment and anyone interested should take this into consideration. Our grandkids are 7 & 10 years old and the loft was perfect and we did not have anyone in our group who could not climb stairs. We found the house to be a wonderful place to enjoy two weeks vacation with family. It was nice to have an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The washer & dryer were used almost everyday...very handy! The condo has central air conditioning throughout. What a blessing that was! Every room had ceiling fans as well. Mornings we opened everything up but, by late afternoon we found that we needed to close up and turn on the A/C. The loft stayed very warm, but the ceiling fans throughout helped immensely! We prepared almost all of our dinner meals on the outside barbeque grills. There were several grills close to our condo, so if one was in use there was always one on the other side of the building that was not being used. It was wonderful being able to sit out on the lanai to eat and enjoy the evening sunsets. All of the pools/barbeques & grounds were maintained and kept clean daily. All of the staff..concierge, security and maintenance were very pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that the owner took the time to call the first day we arrived to help familiarize us with the condo and it's A/C system. We all were very pleased with this condo and would recommend it to anyone vacationing on the Big Island.

Well kept and modern
Breathtaking view. Lovely, large condo in a perfect location. Close to a small shopping center with grocery store. Minutes from all the shopping and restaurants on Alii Dr.

Another fantastic stay
We stay here every year, vacancy permitting, and absolutely love the home/condo. Completely furnished and great view from. lanai of pool and ocean. Owners are remarkable people, easy to work with and take grear pride in their condo. Refurbished this year and last, wih new bathrooms and flooring. We are already reserved for the next two years.
