It may be easily shared by two families or 3 or 4 couples. Relax with a sense of seclusion and privacy. In an upscale neighborhood on the slope of Mauna Loa. The wide lanai overlooks the yard, the sparkling pool, palms and landscaped tropical greenery. It is directly above downtown Kailua Village, which is situated along a wide bay on the Kona Coast. You close to all the shops and cafes.
This 2800 sq. ft, 4 bedroom, 3 bath has traditional Hawaiian style. There is AC in the bedrooms, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, beautiful pool and boogie board and basic beach toys. This house comes with everything you need. Just up pack your swim suite.
The circular driveway has a covered portico and provides parking for 4 cars or more. A brightly lit entryway leads to the inviting ambiance of the upper living space and balcony (or "Lanai") appointed with both modern art and traditional Hawaiian decor. Sliding glass doors open from the living room to tropical views and a wrap-around balcony complete with ocean views. Relax on luxurious leather couches while the island breezes drift in, or enjoy the game with a 60 inch. television.
The dining area opens to the veranda making every evening dinner beautiful with optional outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all the fine dinner ware to accommodate the largest of groups. With a new refrigerator and gas stove, food prep island, There is updated glass and wood cabinetry with every kitchen gadget you need. Enjoy a mai tai or Kona Brew on the lanai nightly.
