Minimum StaySomething for everyone!
We had a group of 20 family members ranging in age from 3 to 90 years stay at this beautiful place in mid-July. The accommodations were luxurious and well-kept. Everyone had their private space, and the common areas were more than comfortable for group gatherings. The pool was the big draw for children and adults alike. We had lots of great activities in close proximity, so those who wanted to snorkel or bike or sightsee could enjoy those. We rented both properties, which were next to each other but secluded by the beautiful landscaping. One consideration would be for families with young children. The two suites are in the main house but the other three bedrooms are across the lanai (just a few feet away) but have exterior entrances in a separate building. I highly recommend this property for a family gathering.

Great House, Great Location!
This home was perfect for our Large group. Everyone had ample space and we loved that the estate was on the large 6 acre property. It gave us a secluded feeling but was amazing because all the amenities (Restaurants, supermarkets, etc) are so close. The home is beautiful and could have stayed there the entire trip! Kitchen was well equipped and you can tell the owner spared no expense. The beach is a quick 4-5 minute walk and that made it easy for our family to go there during the day. Thank you!

Welcome to Paradise! The Oceanview Kona Estate is the perfect destination to relax and enjoy all that the Big Island has to offer. Further Details: Located in walking distance to 'Magic Sands' white sand beach (5 minute walk at a leisurely pace) and minutes from Kahaluu beach park the best snorkeling beach on the island, The Ahinahina Hale is also conveniently located to many other activities and interests on the island.
A five minute drive south will bring you to Keauhou Country Club, a 36-hole world-class golf course, and Keauhou Shopping Center where you can find gourmet coffee shops, fine dining and casual restaurants, a supermarket, movie theater and more.
Kona Coffee Country and Hawaii's historic Kealakekua Bay are a short trip south with plenty of quaint towns and gourmet eateries on the way.
