I had a wonderful time in Razia's newly renovated condo. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town where so much is within walking distance: the beach (!), great restaurants and bars, including the Kona Brewing company just around the corner. It looked like it could be noisy but it was very quiet, with a lovely ocean view in front and pink plumeria tree in the back: paradise! Not only is it super clean, but Razia has everything a person could need and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and condiments. She even has a full array of snorkel equipment, beach chairs and boogie boards so no need to rent, as well as videos, books and games. She makes check in and out easy, she responds immediately to questions and is very helpful with local information about Kona and the big island if asked. It was great and I would stay again in a heartbeat! A real bargain for all that space and convenience and highly recommended!

2 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo with a Full Kitchen and a stunning Ocean and Pool view right in the heart of Kailua Kona. Sleeps 6! Bring your Sweetheart, bring your Family, bring your Friends! One block to the beach! Why stay in a hotel when you can Feel at Home for WAY LESS MONEY!!! Supermarkets and Every kind of restaurant you would want from fast food to fine dining right outside your door! Farmers market and lots of shopping within a few blocks. Have a few drinks at Kona's wonderful bars and restaurants and you won't have to call a cab - Just walk on home. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need including a blender for those tropical drinks! Nice tiled lanai (deck) with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunset view! Hardwood and tiled floors throughout. Tasteful tropical decor. Comfy Queen Beds in both bedrooms and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo comes with snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, stroller, travel crib and many extras plus lots of ALOHA. Complex has a Pool with barbecues and coin laundry. This is a second floor unit which means you will enjoy the tropical breezes and the View but you must be able to climb a short flight of stairs. No a/c but most people don't need it here - the temperature is very comfortable and there are ceiling fans in every room. WiFi, TV with DVD's (no cable). I even allow pets if they are polite! 3 night minimum please. This complex is a mixture of vacationers, owners and renters. It is not a high end complex, this property is meant for the budget conscious traveler, but it has charm and it is so perfectly located.
I also have 3 other condos in this complex if you are coming with a group or the dates you want for this one don't work for you. Just Ask!
When you book you will be provided with the door code and driving directions from the airport. All my condos are self check in. Check in is after 3, check out is before 11. If I don't have anyone coming or going on your arrival or departure dates, I'm willing to be flexible. Just ask! Once you arrive, you will find an information sheet inside with the WiFi code and other important guest information as well as guide books and the pool key. The condo has everything you could possibly need and more!
