Minimum StayGreat Visit! Ideal Location!
Short Version: Great location, Great Unit, This room took gave us the comfort and peace of mind to make a good trip really great. Longer Version: I really can't say enough about how satisfied I was with my stay in Razia's unit. Location: So close to everything! You're five minutes from the ocean and downtown Kona, so don't fret about walking distance. It's very close to the Kona Brewery, but also check out the nearby bar "Dolphin Spit Saloon" which is a 2 minute walk away. Great vibe, a lot less tourists wandering around. I always felt safe and secure in the unit, as I did in Kona in general. The Unit: It's really like staying in a furnished apartment. Highlights include: - Full kitchen including lots of pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. - Nice living room with a TV (random DVDs included, and has HDMI hookup) and a pullout sofa - Big bedroom with a comfy bed - Great porch for relaxing. - Pool was usually empty (which we liked) - On-site laundry (coin operated) - Dedicated parking spot One of the biggest (and happiest) surprises was that this unit also came with snorkel gear, flippers, and other beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc). I can't speak for other units, but the gear we had was really great and allowed us to spend lots of time at the beach without paying for rental stuff. The People: Wow, this is where the unit really shined. We arrived very late in the evening after a very long trip. We had an issue with our shower, and even though it was very late, Razia was SO helpful in getting the issue resolved THAT NIGHT. I want to also thank the unit manager, as well as Razia's repairman Nathan. They were so incredible to us, especially in our frazzled state, that I couldn't have asked for better service. We even got a little gift basket :) Conclusion: You're dealing with good, honest people hear. Don't second guess staying here. Well equiped condo and very comfortable
My husband and I stayed here with my two adult sons and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was not available for the first two days of our vacation so we ended up purchasing boogie boards, snorkel equipment, shampoo, sun screen, etc, which we found were all provided at Razia's condo. We would have saved a lot of money if we had stayed at Razia's first. As an added note: the king size bed was very comfortable and the condo was very clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend this.

One bedroom/One Bath condo and what a LOCATION! King Size bed in the bedroom and a tropical Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living room. Nice bathroom with a tub and shower and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops makes this condo a real Bargain! Sleeps 4! And what a LOCATION! Right in the heart of Kailua Kona. You can walk to everything – the beach, fast food, fine dining, farmers market, shopping – you name it – it is right there. You can have a few drinks and you won't have to call a cab - just walk on home! Bring your sweetheart! Bring the kids! Bring your friends! Why stay in a hotel when you can feel at home for WAY LESS MONEY!! The unit also has a nice lanai with a partial ocean view! The complex has a swimming pool and a coin laundry. I provide boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, WiFi and DVD’s (no cable), also a stroller and travel crib, plus lots of other extras. The condo has hard wood and tile floors, tasteful tropical decor, and ceiling fans in every room. One parking space is included. I own several condos in this complex including a 2 bedroom right across the hall, so if you are coming with a large group and book far enough ahead I might be able to reserve several units for you!
I even allow pets if they are polite. Three night minimum please. This complex is a mixture of vacationers, owners and renters. It is not a high end complex, this property is meant for the budget conscious traveler, but it has charm and it is so perfectly located.
When you book you will be provided with the door code and driving directions from the airport. Inside you will find an information sheet with the WiFi code and other important guest information as well as guide books and the pool key. The condo in fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need and more!
