I have to say that this property is absolutely beautiful. The home, the location and the amenities it provides are wonderful. To begin with, the home is well decorated and spacious both inside and out There were ten of us on our trip and we never felt overcrowded. The kitchen is so well stocked and all the cabinets are labeled, making anything easy to find. The four bedrooms are comfortable plus the beds are nice and big. The kids loved playing basketball or riding bikes outside as well as using the game room upstairs. During our vacation we went to four different beaches, all between three to ten minutes away and each one was so distinct. If the kids wanted calm waters to snorkel in or crashing waves to use boogie boards with or rock jumping adventures, thats where we went. One of the reasons we chose this house was because of all the beach equipment they provided for us; ice chest, beach chairs and mats, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels... All of these things made going to the beach an excellent experience. The sail and snorkel in Waikiki was also a lot of fun. We were close to Turtle Bay, Giovanni's Shrimp Truck and Polynesian Center which we took advantage of. This North Shore property provided us an enjoyable, relaxing get away. We loved it and can't wait to come back.

Perfect vacation rental
Our family spent our vacation on the North Shore staying at the Country Villa. We had a very wonderful experience there. We absolutely loved this beautiful home!! It surpassed our expectations. The home is so lovely, and is kept in very good condition. We were truly impressed by how clean it was, and by the high quality of workmanship. It was really inviting, and comfortable. We think it is the nicest place we have rented. It was very well stocked in the kitchen, and so organized-they even had the drawers and cupboards labeled, so that we could easily find things! They also had a number of great supplies to use at the beach. We loved having access to those, and to the hot tub. We thought the location was beautiful also. Close to the beaches, and peaceful! Captain Ken was great to answer our questions, and was very helpful. We would definitely highly recommend this place!

AMAZING
My wife and I recently stayed at the Country Villa for 4 nights with a group of close friends. The scenery surrounding the property is beautiful and the location of the house offers a lot of privacy and convenience. The home is decorated and furnished beautifully and there is a TV in each bedroom! The a/c throughout the house makes it a very comfortable living space and everything is neatly organized through the house (each drawer or closet with important items is labeled - cups, serving ware, beach towels, etc). The hot tub was also a very nice addition. The house also offers foosball and air hockey tables upstairs with an amazing telescope to view the stars that only the North Shore can display. They really have thought of everything. Capt. Ken, is very easy to work with and makes organizing your dream vacation a breeze. He made the whole process stress free and worked with us to accomplish everything we wanted to. He makes himself available for communication throughout the process and is very prompt in his responses. They really do care about your experience and do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. For example, we were delayed checking in our first night and Ken stayed up to let us in, in order to accommodate our schedule. The quality and ambiance of the property and the personality and kindness of the owners combine to make this rental property top notch. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the property again, we wish this was our home!

North Shore Love
Our huge family group was completely comfortable in this brand-new place, and it was a perfect beginning to our vacation...instant relaxation. Right in the middle of a ranch, this house provided the quiet and peace we desperately needed. Even though the weather was super hot, (we came in August) the beach is so close that we spent days in the water, afternoons in the cool of the house, and evenings grilling on the lanai. The kids (ages 4-17) found tons to do, wanted to buy horses to take home, and found every kind of water equipment their hearts could desire, not to mention an awesome game room. Even the hard-core urbanites in our family fell in love with North Shore country life. We love Captain Ken, and hope to see him again soon.

Our brand new villa features exotic muong wood cabinetry and doors throughout, limestone and ipe wood flooring, 10' ceilings, 6 flat screen TVs, air conditioning throughout the villa, high speed internet with wifi router and all-in-one fax, scanner and printer for those that are still working a little. 4 bedrooms with king size beds, and 2 queen sized sofa sleepers plus inflatable queen bed will sleep 12 guests in comfort. 3.5 baths with rain shower heads ensure no morning lines plus outdoor shower keeps sand and salt outside.
Kitchen features all the latest appliances including induction stove top, two sinks and huge Island for prepping, or hanging out. Flowing into the great room with Island style furniture, 75" flat screen TV with 500+ channels and pocket doors that open up completely to a 600 square foot covered lanai with lounging furniture, another sink & refrigerator and cooking prep area next to the barbecue. The centerpiece on the lanai is a spectacular monkeypod slab dining table that seats 12 guests. Just off the outdoor lanai is a spacious hot tub. Upstairs the Villa features a 500 square foot game room with Foosball table, air hockey table, workout equipment and a 50" flat screen TV.
