This is one of our many 2 bedroom penthouse at the Royal Kuhio. The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, two lanais, Free WiFi and cable. You also have reserved parking in the building. One parking stall is included. The clearance in the parking garage is 6ft. 3 inches so be sure that you do not rent anything higher or parking will not be available.
The condo is furnished with highly upgraded new furniture with a 55' TV in the living room, a 55' TV in the master bedroom. and a 42' TV in the second bedroom.
The master bedroom has King-sized beds, and the second bedroom has a Full-size bed and two twin bunk beds. There is also one Sofa-Sleeper in the Living room.
All rooms have air conditioners and lots of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove, microwave, large fridge with freezer, and all small appliances, dishes, cookware, and silverware. You can do all your meals at the condo and save tons of money. You can relax and enjoy the fireworks from the lanai every Friday. The sunsets are awesome. From the master bedroom lanai, you can see beautiful rainbows in the Manoa Valley. You can walk to several award winning dining and shopping places in Waikiki. You are just minutes from the beach, the Honolulu Zoo, and the Honolulu Aquarium.
On the seventh floor recreation deck you can go for a swim in the pool, relax in the sauna, shoot hoops on the sports court, practice your golf game on the putting green, or enjoy a game of shuffle board. You can also grill in the Bar-B-Que area, work out in the fitness center, or spend time with the family in the game room, playing pool or ping pong.
You get a free assigned parking stall with this unit, so you are able to drive around the island and see all the beauty that Oahu has to offer. Please Note: Royal Kuhio Parking garage cannot accommodate any tall vans above 6 Ft 3 IN.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 60 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 60 days before your check in date you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you.
However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited
Deposit Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 60 days prior to arrival
