Minimum StayGreat condo, and great owner communication!
We've rented condos in the Banyan many times, given the nice layout of the apartment, the convenient location, and the pool deck that the kids love. This was our first time in this unit, and it was great -- all of the appliances were new and worked fine, the AC was strong, and the place was clean. One particular things we appreciated is that we accidentally left our Chromecast plugged into the TV when we left, and Dianora happily agreed to send it back to us at her own expense. Thank you!

Great Location, Great Price, Great Place
I have rented in the Banyan many times but my normal place was booked for my last minute planning. Thankfully this lovely condo was available and me and my family were very happy with it. This condo has everything in the kitchen you could need, proper set of plates, pots/pans, utensils, rice cooker, coffee maker, etc... The bed was comfortable as was the sofa bed (it's a different couch than the picture, a newer one). There were also beach supplies, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, no need to purchase any of it for your adventure. The only issue was the air conditioner, I think it needs to be replaced as it was was so loud that we couldn't sleep with it at night as it kept us up, therefore there were some warm nights. Other than that I would rent here again.

Clean, spacious and family friendly
I am a little late in writing this review. We stayed from Boxing Day, into the New year with our toddler. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could need. We loved the play equipment and pool for our son. Dainora and her staff were fabulous and assisted us with the free car parking and any questions we had. We hope to get back some day and would highly recommend this as a great place to stay. Just a short walk to all the sights and shops!

Relaxing in Waikiki
Spent a lovely ten days in this condo. It was well equipped, in a great location, and was easy walking distance to the beach. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the lanai and taking in the view. Dainora was very efficient and we appreciated the extra information she supplied.

This 600 sq feet suite offers stunning ocean, Waikiki beach and city views throughout the condo. Large, easy to open windows in the bedroom, and a sliding glass doors in the living room allows you to enjoy nice ocean breeze during the day and night.
This beautiful condo is completely renovated, fresh, clean and airy and comfortably sleeps 5 people. The bedroom can be separated from living room by a sliding door and it features a king-size bed, two Bali style nightstands and a contemporary work desk.
Unique Bali style and contemporary furniture combination throughout the bedroom and living room creates an ambient and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful and easy to use queen size sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps two people. There is an additional modern lounge chair that easily converts into a comfortable single bed. Great for kids or extra guests.
You can wake up in the morning, and enjoy the use of your full kitchen with beautiful granite counter-tops, all brand new appliances including dishwasher, stylish faucet and complete sets of cookware. The open kitchen comfortable seats 4 people for a nice family breakfast or a romantic dinner. Two modern dimmable lights in the kitchen highlight the contemporary style décor of this suite.
The bathroom features porcelain tiles throughout the shower walls and floors, recessed lighting and tasteful sink cabinet and fixtures. This suite also is equipped with a 42 inches flat screen TV, free wireless internet, window ac and carpet throughout the bedroom and living room and tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and lanai.
The Waikiki Banyan is a very popular building with great amenities that include a large size swimming pool and Jacuzzi, beautiful barbecue area with 6 grills and plenty of tables, full size tennis court, basketball hoop, golf putting area, playground for kids and even sauna!!! You will not find anything similar to this in the entire Waikiki.
Waikiki Banyan is a very popular building with great amenities and is located just few steps away from one of the most famous beaches in the world. It is also close to the Honolulu zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki aquarium, many restaurants, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, live music venues, farmers markets and many more activities.
