This is NOT one of those rentals that advertise close to the beach but instead it is actually on the polluted Ala Wai Canal nor is it one of those residential walk up buildings that has no elevators leaving you to carry your luggage up and down many flights of stairs. This is located directly on Kalakaua Ave. and is one block to the beach. This is an immaculate one bedroom that sleeps up to four comfortably. This air-conditioned executive suite has lots of upgrades and additions. The unit is equipped with high speed internet access and a wireless signal for your personal laptop. It has a Deluxe King bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable $1,300 sleeper couch bed with lots of extra linens. There is also a single futon with linens. This condo boasts a full kitchen with granite counter top and oak cabinetry, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, pots, pans, rice cooker, dishes and silverware, deluxe Sharper Image T-Fal toaster, heavy duty blender, 2 LCD TVs, $400 Sanyo microwave/Browner, tea pot, coffee maker and grinder, iron and ironing board and lots of towels. The unit is on the second floor and easily accessible by stairs or elevator....just 5 steps from the elevator and parking. There are fireworks one block away at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa every Friday night between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm. Subway Deli, ABC Store, 7Eleven and Cheeseburgers in Paradise are next door. Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Benihanas, Kobe Steakhouse n Sushi, Makitti Seafood Buffet and California Pizza Kitchen are one block away....Many more unnamed all close within 2 blocks. You will enjoy visiting because of your proximity to the beach, (Hilton Hawaiiian Village Beach Resort and Spa) and ocean activities, shopping (Ala Moana Shopping Center), grocery store (The Food Pantry), night life, restaurants and of course the new Hawaii Convention Center. Nearby activities: Golf, Tennis, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling. The unit is one block to the beach and (Waikiki) is just 25 minutes (9 miles) from the airport. I like to price the condo low and keep it full. Hotels on this street are charging $229/night for a tiny room with no kitchen, and no view. I have had a few people cancel their reservations at their hotel to come stay here. I like to keep the condo in a condition that will guarantee EVERY guest will have positive comments. You can find cheaper units, but this is by far the most for your money.

HOW TO GET TO THE BEACH FROM THE CONDO: Go out the front of the building and Right at the sidewalk to the corner. Turn Right at the corner without crossing the street. At the next corner you will be adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa. Just cross the street to the widest sand section of Waikiki Beach.

Clean and Cozy on the Edge of Paradise

This is a gem of a place to stay without breaking the bank! On the Leeward end of Waikiki, it is quiet, clean and well kept with gas stove and two A/C units. (We ate out exclusively because it's really close to ALL $ levels of food and fare but the fridge was more than ample for our take out and restaurant leftovers). Big closet with hangers and iron/ironing board, TVs in living room and bedroom and thick heavy curtains in the bedroom so you can lock out the morning light if you want to sleep in. Walking distance to all that Waikiki has to offer with reserved, secure parking yet it's easy to get OUT of Waikiki from this location which is priceless! Emmanuel has other places too if you need larger or want to be in the country and he is as gracious as a person can be! We arrived late at night and he met us in person anyway to show us in and explain the ins and outs of the garage and laundry and make us feel welcome. I have spent many years in Hawai'i but this was my wife's first experience and it was wonderful! Thank you so much Braddah Emmanuel! We will be contacting you when we plan our next visit! Maybe a spot in the country next time. Mahalo Nui Loa and Makahiki Hou!

Location & Unbeatable Price

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights - The location of this condo is great - It is within walking distance of the beach, shopping and places to eat ! Great access to get onto the highway if needed by car, which brings up the wonderful point that Emmanuel includes a secured underground parking spot if needed! The condo itself is exactly how the ad protrays it! It's a great size and it's very clean, with the AC and fans going the condo is kept very cool. The kitchen comes complete with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, with accompanying dishware. There is even a tiny mini cooler in the cupboard above the fridge for you to pack your lunch in for your day outing! The bedroom is a great size, it has lots of drawers to unpack into, a great sized closet and has a very comfy king sized bed! Emmanuel was a great host! As soon as we arrived in Oahu we let him know and when we pulled up to the condo he was waiting for us and gave a personalized tour of the condo, parkade, and navigating how to use the elevator!

Great place for great price

Emmanuel met us the first day and showed us his place. He's very friendly and welcoming! The place had everything we needed and was about 10 min walk to Waikiki beach. Will definitely book his place again when visiting Honolulu!

Walk to Waikiki

My wife and I recently spent several days in this unit. The property is exactly as shown in the online property listing. The place is very clean, the furniture is comfortable, and the location is great. You can easily walk to Waikiki. The parking space is wonderful because of the lack of available parking in the area. Emmanuel is a gracious host; he met us near the condo and then took us to the location and gave us a personalized tour of the place. We would be happy to stay there again.
