Great place for the money!
Amazing views in an unbeatable location. For the money, I dont know how anybody could give this place less then 5 stars. Yes the elevator is slow but I had no problem with a little extra exercise on the stairs. I will recommend this place to my friends and stay again! My Response Thank you very much for validating the good location and great views from the condo. We are anxious for the modernization of the elevators to be completed and appreciate your patience and review comments.

Incredible View & Most Comfortable Bed I've Ever Slept In...
I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. It's a small space, but they have done an excellent job at utilizing that space to the fullest. It's got a full kitchen, full sized fridge (with filtered water), a small dining table that tucks away when not in use for more space, an incredibly comfortable mattress (if you like a firm mattress like I do), and an amazing view. Another great perk is the free parking and this location is within walking distance to the major shopping centers including Walmart (This can save you a bundle in food bills) In addition, they had 2 pairs of good quality snorkeling gear for you to use. I had my own, but was impressed that they had 2 good pairs for their guests. The only downside is that if you visit during a busy time, the elevator can be slow. I didn't have any problems with it during my stay, except my last day, which was Thanksgiving Day. Obviously a very busy day for the elevator. Other than that, I can't say enough positive things. Great location, great studio space, great view, and more... My Response I sure appreciate your detailed review which is a huge help to perspective guests. As far as the snorkeling gear goes, we don't normally supply snorkeling gear in the condos--we do supply beach towels and beach chairs. The snorkel gear you found was left by a prior guest and when that happens we leave it in the condo for other guests to use but no guarantee that it will always be available. Also thank you for information about the elevators which are mostly good except at high traffic times which will result in a longer wait. The mattresses we are using are foam mattresses from Costco--we get a lot of positive comments about them and also use them in our Kailua rentals. They seem to be a good fit for most people. We're very happy that you had a good stay!

Chilling place to vacation

The email communications, responses and contract were all timely answered. Unit #2402 was perfectly located near Ala Moana and Waikiki. Added bonuses are the included parking space and views of the marina in the morning and sunset. Having an in suite washer & dryer for a week stay helped immensely and the fully equipped kitchen gave us dining options. Downstairs at street level are an ABC convenience store and McDonalds for "da local kine" breakfast. I would recommend making your reservation early. Caveat is only one of two elevators work so give yourself extra time to go up and down. Mahalo, RJ

Nice clean condo in great location
The condo was small, on the 24th floor, and in a great location. Both elevators were working during our stay. The view was great overlooking the marina and coastline. Sunsets were fantastic. Having two FOBs for access was very useful since my wife and I often had separate schedules. Washer and drier came in handy -- if for nothing else, to keep towels fluffy and dry. Communication with the owners worked fine -- uncomplicated checkin and checkout. If you like sushi, try Katsu-Midori in the Prince Hotel across the street -- quite a find!
