Duke Kahanamoku Beach, which fronts the Hilton Hawaiian Village and reaches out to the Waikiki Shore, made this year's list for the fourth consecutive year.
Descend the Waikiki Shore stairs to the beach and in thirty paces, you have reached the Pacific Ocean. Store your surfboard on site and paddle directly out to 'Threes' surf break, made famous in the movie 'Endless Summer.' Swim, snorkel, relax. Fort DeRussy Park and the military hotel, Hale Koa, are right next door. First class shopping, dining, and sightseeing are around the corner.
