This is out second time staying at the Waikiki Banyan. We love staying in this building as it is only 2 blocks away from Waikiki beach and has great hotel amenities such as an outdoor pool, playground, and jacuzzi. The free parking pass is also a huge bonus. The Banyan Breeze in the lobby is also a convenient place to grab your morning coffee and other treats. The owner Brad is extremely helpful and prompt with his responses. When I inquired about the whereabouts of the rice cooker that was supposed to be in the kitchen, he responded right away to let me know I could go ahead and purchase one and he would reimburse me. Of course we didn't want to bother with that but him offering to do that was nice. The condo is exactly as described. It is clean, well stocked, and is the perfect size for our family of 3. The bed is advertised as queen sized but we felt it was a bit small (probably because our toddler was sleeping with us). That was our only minor issue but other than that this was a great unit in a prime location. There is a wonderful view of the ocean off the side of the lanai. We hope to be able to stay here again when we return to Honolulu.

Awesome location
This condo was the perfect location. We stayed here for 2 weeks and got married as well as stayed for an additional week for our honeymoon. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Great pool and hot tub that we enjoyed every night. Very homey feeling and easy location to walk almost everywhere! Great little cafe and mini mart downstairs of condo that we also enjoyed. Had an awesome vacation and would go back in a heart beat.

Perfect for family with young children!
I and my children (5y and 3y) stayed in this condo from July 28th to August 25th. The unit was in good condition and the kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment so we could make breakfast and dinner almost everyday. The owner, Brad is nice, he responded very quickly to all our needs, I would definitely book this condo again with Brad. Mahalo.

Excellent condo in a great location
We stayed here for 8 nights in June and had a wonderful time. The condo is extremely well stocked. It has a full kitchen and plenty of pots and pans and whatever other utensils you may need. There was also plenty of tupperware which was handy! The building is great with its swimming pool, 2 spas and a children's playground. There is also a little convenient store and a cafe downstairs and also a little poolside snack bar. Brad was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this property nor would I hesitate to stay hear again. Thanks Brad for everything!!!

Aloha, our condo is located in the family friendly Waikiki Banyan on the 12 floor. We have a beautiful side ocean view from our large lanai. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area.
The fully furnished living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa. Off the living room and separated by sliding doors is a fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed, large dresser, and a sizeable closet. Off the bedroom is a large, well-lit vanity separated from the toilet/tub-shower area by a privacy pocket door.
The recently renovated, resort-like facility at the Waikiki Banyan includes a recreation deck with a large pool, hot tubs, sauna, putting/practice green, basketball court, tennis court, kids play area, BBQ grills with outdoor table seating and a snack bar.
The condo also comes with free high speed wireless internet and 1 free parking pass.
There is a trolley around the island tour, which includes Chinatown, Downtown business district, Swap Meet Flea Market featuring all Hawaiian products and all discount outlet stores for your shopping needs. There are many water adventures, including surfing, kayaking lessons, swimming with dolphins and shark excursions. Sightseeing of Hilo Hattie Factory and the Dole Pineapple Factory. The famous North Shore pipeline, shark's cove and the famous Giavonni's shrimp landmarks. Also for your enjoyment there are dinner cruises and a variety of different world famous shows and luaus.
