Pool is for residents and guests, only. 2.5 miles from downtown Hilo, the buiding is immediately next to CarlSmith Beach Park, an ocean front beach park with lovely lagoons, great snorkeling, picknick tables, barbecue stations, beach and lifeguard tower. Hear the sound of the ocean waves and enjoy year round breezes off the ocean. As the apartment is on the top floor, enjoy the spacious raised ceilins over living room, kitchen and bedrooms.
Take a respite from mainland heatwaves, cold fronts, snow in our year-round comfortable weather. Day time temperatures in Hilo area are between 72 and 86 degrees, year round... not too hot... not too cold... juussst right! In fact, absolutely lovely!
Our apartment is well equipped for arrive-and-enjoy stays, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, internet accessed TV, bedding and a guidebook full of travel tips and suggestions. Finally, we know that all guests will appreciate a Clean Space.. really clean!

Hilo is a college town, modest in appearance and not fussy. We think of it as Hawaii the way it used to be. From here you are in easy traveling distance to Volcano National Park, Waipio Valley, Akaka Falls, Rainbow Falls (and countless other waterfalls), Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden, several local museums, restaurants, wonderful farmers markets, a charming old downtown shopping area, the top of Mauna Kea... home to over a dozen international telescopes, great hiking trails, art galleries and more.... we have a book of suggestions at the condo.
CARE for our Property as if it were you own place. Live it Tidy when you leave. Leave the kitchen clean and with kitchen items put away. We will appreciate it if you make a quick sweeping of the floors. We are a private venue, not a hotel space, so we ask that you leave our condo TIDY. Lock the door when not in and respect the solitude and quiet in and around the building. Many of our neighbors are long term residents.
Suitable for all. Elevator service to 7th floor, dedicated parking (single space).
