Minimum StayPerfect Place for Maiden Trip to Hawaii
Wow! I was fortunate enough to be referred to this property and it did not disappoint. Neither me nor my wife had ever been to Hawaii and I wanted our first experience to be magical. Once I learned this property is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city, I knew we made the best decision. We loved the exclusivity of this property and location. It was so fun jumping in the rental car and driving around to explore the local farms, restaurants, and beaches. But it was also just as exciting coming back home to relax in our cozy living room to watch and listen to that amazing ocean. Sleeping with the door open was a treat like no other. We can hardly wait to return and when we do I will be booking this very property.

This property is in an ideal location. We prefer to stay in North Shore and visit Honolulu and other parts of the island for short periods of time. I was surprised that I was able to find such an amazing place for the price. If you are looking at this review, I don't need to tell you about the convenience of staying somewhere other than a hotel -- feel like a local, have features from home such as laundry, cooking and grilling, etc... This particular property had other things that allowed us to enjoy our stay more without having to buy everything. They had a beach umbrella, beach chairs, towels, rock shoes, and other odds and ends that let us get out and maximize our fun, rather than figure out the "how" and "how much" for each activity. I cannot wait to go back. Lastly, I recommend this place to friends and family.

Great place for North Shore adventure seekers!
My wife and I stayed here last November and enjoyed waking up to gentle trade winds and ocean sunrises. The private lanai is also a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The condo is comfortable and nicely finished, but the oceanfront location is what really sets it apart. I miss this place already. A week was not enough time to fully explore the beautiful windward side. We'll be going back soon!

Amazing views and location
My wife and I wanted a place where we can wake up in front of the ocean as well as hear the ocean waves while we sleep. This place is it! This is our first experience with Air BnB and we absolutely love the concept. We actually booked for the whole unit and it has it all. From kitchenware to beach items such as snorkeling gear, towels, and floatation devices. The on site tandem of Jonathan and Janelle were absolutely accommodating especially after we found out that the instructions given by Drianne and lavish accomadations were absolutely wrong to the point that I thought we were scammed. If not for another tenant who happens to live nearby assisting us through the elevator keycode they call the "fob", then we would of had a bad experience. Thank goodness for Jonathan who responded to my phone call and gave us the correct code to the lock box for the keycode that gives us access to the elevators. Drianne was not helpful at all to the point that her response time was horrible. Again, thank goodness for Jonathan and Janelle who were so kind and even gave us pointers regarding the area since we had always stayed in Waikiki prior to trying Air BnB. Nonetheless, our experience was wonderful and we love Pat's place to the fullest especially the value of what you get and would definitely return to this same place again.

Pats Paradise Unit 1 is the perfect vacation home for honeymooners or small families. Located in the Punaluu complex, this studio has an amazing ocean view. And the beach is just a step away. This paradise is conveniently situated close to everything - store, good eats, and activities. The world famous Polynesian Cultural Center is just 10 minutes away and Sacred Falls at 5 minutes. What more can you ask for?
The home can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a comfortable queen bed plus a convertible sofa. It also has the needed amenities for a comfortable stay. The lanai makes a favorite place to enjoy the breeze and to relax with the sound of ocean waves.
