This was a fantastic experience
We rented this place to facilitate a large number of family members visiting from the mainland. They all loved it. The house slept 12 people with plenty of room. The neighbors were friendly. There are several restaurants near by where you can get food the local residents eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and very reasonably priced too
This place has 6 bedrooms but was cheaper than all the 5 bedrooms we looked at. Having the 6 bedrooms was perfect for our large family vacation. There were lots of boards, tubes to use as well as beach towels. It was spacious for kids to run around and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The water tank never ran out either! Samantha was super responsive. The battery in the keypad lock started to run out and she was at the house within minutes of our call. She even brought over bananas for us to enjoy. She also answered tons of questions around which beaches to go to and when. There were lots of beaches to enjoy on the north shore as well.

The house was great! So close to the beach.
The house was wonderful. Samantha was fantastic and very accommodating. My family and I had a wonderful stay and loved every minute of it. We wished we could have stayed longer. There are some beds on the first floor that are a bit uncomfortable and probably should be replaced.

-UPSTAIRS: 1 fully stocked kitchen, living room, an office, 1 master bedroom with a king size bed and a full size bathroom, 3 twin beds in the second room and 1 full bed in the third room. Second bathroom in the hall way.
-DOWNSTAIRS: kitchen, living room, 1 big bathroom, 1 king size bed in the first bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second room, 1 queen bed in the third room, laundry room.
