Its a Cool and comfortable home with ocean and mountain views! A quick walk to the beach and minutes from hiking, surfing, and outdoor activities. This one-of- a-kind colonial home features a gourmet kitchen, two living areas, a huge lanai, and central AC.
The Space
This lovely home offers 5 bedrooms (5th is office/bedroom) and 4 bathrooms. Bedrooms are spacious and are carpeted. The luxurious Master Bedroom features a Tempurpedic King size Bed with down bedding and a large flat screen TV. It has a large walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with an oversized jacuzzi tub, rain shower, and custom carved sink with double sinks. It also has an access to the outdoor deck where you can sit and enjoy the mountain views.
Located just off across the hall is a Second Bedroom with 2 oversized Twin Beds, closet, and ceiling fan. The hall bathroom has double sinks set in granite and has a shower/tub.
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen sized Bed with a comfortable pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding. The room features a closet as well as a large dresser. There is also a door to access the lanai (upper deck).
The 4th Bedroom has a large Queen memory foam Bed and a loft Bunk Bed with Twin Beds. This is an excellent room/option for guests traveling with multiple families in their party, there is a large closet and it also has vast ocean views and breezes.
Just outside the 4th bedroom, off of the family room is another full bathroom featuring a sink vanity.
The upstairs family room has views of the ocean and provides nice ocean breezes for the upstairs both day and night. Relax and enjoy the cool evenings in this space on the leather sofa (can be slept on). There is a small kitchenette with sink and cabinets.
The main floor has a 3/4 bathroom with walk in rain shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to serve up a gourmet meal. The kitchen has new top of the line stainless steel appliances as well as a large walk-in pantry and enormous granite island. There is seating at the bar for 3 and a large dining table for 6 but can accommodate 8. There is also a built in desk.
The family room has a large sectional with seating for up to 7 adults, leather sofa (seats 4 comfortably and can be slept on), and window seats with plenty of room. This area has a large flat screen TV with surround sound.
The office/5th Bedroom, has built in cabinets with a desk area for those business travelers needing a place to have meetings or privacy. There is no bed in here but the air mattress can be used in this space as well as in the laundry room.
Wi-Fi and cable TV is provided.
Laundry room features a front loading washer and dryer. This large oversized room could actually double as a 6th bedroom if needed. A porta crib/Pack n' Play for your baby (provided) or a Queen size air mattress (also provided) fits perfectly! There are ocean views from this room and a built in desk is located here too.
The property is located close to the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU-Hawaii, and the North Shore. There is a local beach within a minute walk and there are ample beaches in the area that are good for surfing, diving, or just relaxing. World class beaches and the famous North Shore is all around you!
Golfing at Turtle Bay is within 20 minutes as well as many great eating establishments. Grocery shopping and Longs Drugs are within 5 minutes.
Guest Access
Guest will have access to the upper lanai (covered deck) and patio. All access to the home and yard. The garage is unavailable and is not accessible to guests as well as designated owner's closet.

Host interacts with guests via email and phone. A local rep will greet you upon arrival and welcome you as you begin your adventure.
The Neighborhood
Quiet and peaceful neighborhood offers Hawaiian country living as it has always been. Beautiful ocean and mountain views abound in the neighborhood. Cool breezes come from the ocean and mountain. Guests will enjoy Hawaii as many picture it to be, free from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Other Things to Note
Ample driveway space for off-street parking. Accommodates 6 vehicles easily. The home is set back from the road so it is nice and quiet.
Home is connected to full solar system and offers a green alternative for those desiring to leave a smaller carbon footprint.
