The unit is exactly as pictured. About 20 yards to the sand. The setup on the lot is the Paradise Bungalow is a 2/1 & 1 side of a carport. Below is a 1 /1 unit "The Paradise Cottage." In front of the PB and PC are the beachfront units. They are 3-1 bedroom units. On the back of those units is a unit that has a long term tenant. A reviewer mentioned him negatively. Stating he was rude and occasionally naked. This could not be further from the truth for our experience. He was always very nice and. He was mainly wearing a bathing suit but so where we. I will say there were a lot of cats. We saw 4. While searching for beachfront properties I was told many of the beaches would become rocky with no sand at different parts of the year. That is not the case with this property. Most homes do not have ac. This property has a unit in each room. I am from TX so I may be more sensitive to heat but now that I have been to Oahu I still cannot imagine staying without AC. PROS--1)Very close to the beach.2)Clean and updated.3)Huge waves. If measured from the front most of the time the waves were 10-15 ft. If you are a surfer this is the place to be. 4)There is a grocery store and several food trucks are one mile away. It has most everything we do on the mainland. Including the staples Beer, Wine, Liquor.5)The ice maker in the house works very well. CONS—1)The waves are currents are too strong to hang out in the water. There are several beaches where the waves are not so big but they are very crowded. We were not able to go to any of them because there was no place to park. 2)Alcohol is not allowed on the beach. We carried a soft sided ice chest, like a freezer bag from the grocery store with us from home.3)The washer and dryer are coin operated. $1.00 to wash $1.50 to dry.4) The beachfront house in front does need to maintenance but many of the houses we saw did.

Location, location!
We came for a surf trip. The house is perfect location between Log Cabins and Rockpile. The front door is about 40' to the Sand. Less than 1/2 mile walk to Pipeline. Updated kitchen and bath. Very clean. Only negative is that there is a beachfront house with several small rentals on the same property. That property is rundown and a bit of an eyesore. Also, the resident old guy that lives there year round was a jerk. Made rude comments to us and gave off a really bad vibe. He made it very clear that we were to only use the beach access and definitely NOT the picnic table. Would've been much better is he wasn't present. Plus he walks around his open window house naked in the morning. I almost threw up. Love the location though!

Amazing Location
This place was awesome. The house was new and the location was epic. Located just one house back from Pipeline. It is only a few steps to the sand from the front door. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The Paradise Bungalow (2bd) provides amenities you need and is close to places you would like to see.
Relax in the living room. Cook meals for family or friends in the kitchen. There's a refrigerator, a microwave, stove and oven. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for four. There's also a washer and a dryer available for you to use. An air conditioning unit can also be used for a more comfortable stay in the home. This unit has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room.
The home is located just steps to the beach. You can also walk or take a short drive to surf at Banzai Pipeline or snorkel at Shark's Cove. If golf is your thing, Turtle Bay Golf is just a short drive a way.You can also shop at the different stores and dine at the many restaurants in Haleiwa.
