Nice Home for Family and Friends
Hattiway offers rustic charm with plenty of outdoor space to gather with friends and family. We celebrated my husband's birthday with friends and had a great time cooking, boating and visiting on the dock and outdoor patios. Great location tucked away north of the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. The mountains and lake are beautiful.

Fun in the Sun!
Great property and affordable rate. This was my 3rd trip to play at Lake Point (Perfect Game World Series for baseball) and decided to stay at the Lake instead of Hotel. 4 of us split the rate and it was cheaper, more comfortable and was on a LAKE! The pictures don't do it justice as there is much more room than shown thru pictures. All the appliances worked so we didn't go out to eat and cooked at the house. The dock on the lake (right outside your back door) was awesome. It sits right out in the sun during the day and then right around 7PM it is shaded by the trees. It was the best view and a great spot to relax in the evening. The owner of the property was very attentive to our needs as we did have a couple of small issues and he responded immediately. I will be staying here next year if it is available during out Lake Point Perfect Game baseball trip in 2018! I have already passed the word around to friends that are attending this tournament.

Relaxation starts on the front porch where you can rock on chairs while watching the resident deer feast on the green grass. Then enter Hattiway a fully furnished lakefront home located in a secluded cove on Lake Allatoona that will comfortably sleep 8-10.
This authentic lake house has a Master Bedroom with a view overlooking the lake from a king sized bed. This suite offers a LCD TV and a large closet with plenty of drawer space. The Master Bath has a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity and separate water closet.
The guest bedroom gives you a double bed, plenty of closet space, a LCD TV and direct access to a full bath.
The Bunk Room will give your guests young and old a place to giggle long in to the night as they tell tales about their day. This room has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total), ample closet space and is across from a full bath.
A twin sized antique sleigh bed in the downstairs TV room offers a great place to nap and doubles as an additional sleeping area. Also downstairs is another full bath.
The eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar inspires conversation while preparing meals large or small for every family gathering. Our wooden beamed family room is a great place for watching movies or enjoying the game table.
A screened in porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and leads to the lower deck. This deck features a hot tub which is ready to take the fall chill off before dozing off.
The dock has an upper deck with built in seating and lighting. Lounge chairs let you sunbathe or just relax while the night overtakes the day. Underneath is a covered slip for your favorite boat or take the canoe out for a paddle. If you don't have a boat it will not be a problem. Rent ours!
