Ship “REC” ROOM: 6 twin beds and sleeper sofa. TV.
Screened porch with Foosball and beach gear, sand toys and boogie boards and table and chairs.
BEDROOMS: 4 more separate bedrooms, 3 with kings beds AND 1 with 2 full beds.
BATHS: two full baths with showers plus a wonderful private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, of course.
TV:Cable TV Comcast in Livingroom, Ship REC room and 1 king bedroom
LAUNDRY: Separate “Mer” Maid room. (laundry room) with washer and dryer and huge laundry sink.
LINENS: Nice linens and towels and start-up soaps and tissue provided.
BEACH GEAR: Pull beach cart provided. Bring your favorite beach chair. There may be more beach gear at the cottage. Lots of boogie boards and sand toys
DECOR: Tropical-themed rooms (parrot head, castaway and more).
DININGROOM: 1957 Chevy “Meals-on-wheels”, fully-equipped kitchen.
LOCATION: Large corner lot with plenty of room for a game of volley ball, horseshoes, etc. Straight shot to the beach, pier, shops, restaurants and pubs.
PETS: Well behaved pets are allowed to bring their well-behaved owners.
PARKING: Off Street parking at your house for RV’s, boats, and cars at your house. 5 Vehicles.
PORCH: Screened porch with dining table and plenty of seating. Plus a front porch with lots of seating shaded by 2 palm trees.
BEACH: Straight shot to the beach, 800 steps, 2 short blocks to the marina/boat ramp on back river (great for kayakers) and public fishing pier.
