Amazing!
Everything was amazing, beautiful and just perfect! We went here for our honeymoon and it was so quiet and relaxing. The cabin was very clean and well decorated. The hot tub and the grill were just what we needed!

A great place to stay, but...
So my wife and I enjoyed the stay at Puppy Love. The location was fantastic. Convenient to Helen and other locations. Nice screened back deck and the hot tub was fantastic. Also, the internet at this location was very fast using the wifi.But...the first disappointment was that it did smell like old cigarette smoke. It was noticeable as soon as we entered. The other bad thing was the hot tub upstairs leaked. We believe it was when we turned on the jets. We reported the issue and were told that it would be addressed after our stay.

Amazing Love Cabin
When we got to the cabin we instantly fell in love with it because it was out in the middle of no where, in the woods where there was piece and quite. We most definitely loved it being away from everyone and everything. Soon as we walked in the cabin it had this amazing accent soon as you open the door. We loved how the whole cabin was set up. The kitchen all the utilities it had to be able to cook with. Especially having the grill on the screened in porch with the jacuzzi so you could grill out and enjoy the jacuzzi while listening to the birds we would hear. Soon as you would walk up the stairs you would walk up to an amazing heart shaped tub, and your amazing king size bed. We just loved how the whole cabin was set up and we would most def visit this cabin again or the others that they offer.

Puppy Love
It was a good time. Staff was very polite and helpful. The cabin is peaceful and accommodating. Very close drive to Helen and Ana Ruby falls. Hot tub was nice and ready when we arrived. Grill was fully gassed. The only minor complaints I have are the driveway at the bottom is messed up(I’d recommend a truck or suv if you have one) ,some of the dishes were still dirty from the last occupants and bill collectors kept calling the cabin telephone looking for someone Other than that the stay was a great getaway. And those things I mentioned didn’t really bother me but I figured I’d leave the feedback for the renters because some guests might be more particularl about those things than me.

Relaxing trip
The rental was great. We had an amazing time. You are about 10 mintues from Helen so that is good. All I have to say is that i suggest you should bring a higher up car or truck. My car is low and every time I had to leave or go back to the rental my car would be scrape from the road.

Puppy Love 11/16-17/2020
Was nice rental. Maybe needs a better or more secure lock for the screen porch area. and maybe some way to make more privacy around the Hottub area. Wish that it had a washer and dryer also.. Other than that, it was great.

Cute cabin in a great location
This is a perfect little cabin for two people. It’s super cute and cozy. It’s in a great location, only 6 miles from downtown Helen. We brought our pups with us, and they also had fun. I always look for tips in these reviews so here’s my kitchen tips- it’s very basic, so if you’re going to do any cooking you may need to bring some things from home- measuring cups, measuring spoons, if you need any kind of mixing bowl bigger than a cereal bowl, a cutting board if you need one bigger than 5x7. Id also bring any spices and salt and pepper. There is a nice little grocery store downtown that has everything you may need but it’s nice to save some money on little things. The cabin was clean and the property management made getting inside easy and they check on us to make sure everything was ok.

Girlfriend Birthday weekend
The place was easy if you read directions from your email, very shady like the location didn't like that it stayed hot in loft but I Really enjoyed sleeping up there and bedside tub tv in loft very cozy and comfortable Cabin it need better pots and pans. The tv connection was good, hot tub was great on back we will be coming back again using this rental company again.

Mountain birthday retreat
Arrived Friday for a birthday weekend and stayed through the weekend. Everything was just as pictured. The cabin was just big enough and so charming, we really enjoyed our stay! The staff was easy to communicate with and they called the morning after check in to make sure there weren't any issues which was very nice. The only complaints are minor ones; the bed is firm and could benefit from a good mattress topper. Also no cell service in the area, but the wifi was working perfectly so that wasnt an issue.

Had a great time
My fiance and I had a great time. Our only issues were it was TOO dark outside (a street light outside would be nice) and the driveway dips far too low when accessing the highway. We scraped our car front fender EVERY time we drove out or in irregardless of angle. Some gravel build-up to raise the level of the ground as you enter/exit the driveway would be nice.

Review of puppy love
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only real problem I had was when we walked in there was an unpleasant odor in the place and since we did not have cell service I could not call anyone to bring us anything to fix the problem. We had to put up with it all night. The next morning I did call them and they brought us some plugins and took care of the problem.

Puppy Love Cabin
It was a great little place for two people to stay.We visited the local towns during the day and had a little BBQ and hot tub night at the cabin. We would recommend anyone looking for little peacefulness to stay there.

Absolutely wonderful!!
We stayed here for a weekend getaway and didn't want to be right in town at Helen. We were less than 10 minutes from Helen and it was basically a straight shot to Helen. The cabin was super clean upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and kept in contact with us through out the booking and stay ect.. We loved the hotub and spent most of our time at the cabin it was absolutely womderful!! We plan on coming again and staying at this cabin!!

Fun with Smokey the Bear
Overall it was a great trip! The scenery is lovely; privacy is excellent; the screened-in porch makes you feel like you are in nature! It's not a far drive from Helen either. A few things to note - for us, there was a strange odor in the cabin upon arrival. We had Febreze with us, which took care of it that night. The bed is a great size, but a bit stiffer than expected. Also, there is no step stool to get in or out of the hot tub, which could prove to be a challenge. It also looked like someone had left a trash bag in the woods behind the cabin, which attracted a couple of bears for a few days. It was alarming because we did have our pets with us that had to potty right where the bears were walking earlier.Overall we were satisfied with our stay and enjoyed the getaway! It's a beautiful cabin and a chance to have your pet(s) with you!

Beautiful Area, Disappointed With Our Cabin
My husband and I rented Puppy Love for a nice getaway and our first trip to the Georgia mountains. Although we had a blast, we were disappointed with our cabin. Upon entering, the floors were dirty, there were wads of animal hair pushed in corners, the dishwasher was broken and we had to unload it ourselves, all the dishes smelled like mildew and I had to wash them all before use and the hot tub wasn’t even full enough to use the jets. With COVID-19, we cooked all of our meals in. The grill was fantastic. One burner on the oven is broken. Kitchen seemed a tad under stocked, but overall, not bad. Our other disappointment was the cleaning - I was surprised they weren’t washing more than just sheets due to COVID-19. I felt uncomfortable using the comforter and we ended up sleeping without it. Overall, we loved the city, the beautiful hikes, waterfalls and made the best of it. But we won’t be returning to this cabin in particular. The company did give us a discount when I shared our concerns, so I did appreciate how they handled the situation. They even called throughout our stay to check in with us, which was nice.

Enjoyable but pretty basic cabin
We enjoyed our stay in N Georgia. The property was located about 15 mins away from downtown Helen and about 25 mins to Cleveland (where we got groceries). The cabin had a very damp smell to it despite air fresheners being used, it could use some updating (old stove), but it worked, pretty basic bathroom, and the jets on upstairs tub either did not work or we could never figure them out.The grill was in good condition, the hot tub was a great and well maintained. Be sure to bring your own extra towels etc if you want more than 2 for the week. The driveway is very steep and rutted appears be very careful if coming by car as you enter and exit (could use some paving or reworking). The rental company was attentive and easy to work with and no issues with check in or check out and even checked on us midway through our stay. Overall we were satisfied, this is NOT a luxury cabin but served our purposes. Do not miss Anna Ruby Falls and golfing at Innsbruck was beautiful as well.

Great anniversary escape
My wife and I rented Puppy Love for our anniversary this year and were so pleased. It was just far enough away from the business of Helen but still a very easy and beautiful drive to town and to the state park.It was very clean - even the hot tub had been drained, cleaned, and refilled. And the property management team called us to check in and make sure everything was satisfactory. We would absolutely recommend this cabin.

Much needed perfect cabin in the woods

Nice location, cute cabin
It was a nice place. A little older, very basic. Hot tub was a nice touch though the low jets didn’t work... not a deal breaker. Definitely should leave more towels. We got 2 each for 3 nights with a hot tub, jacuzzi, and showering so had to use them sparingly. But overall nice place. Dog friendly which is great. Very close to Helen.

Lovely Weekend
My husband and I stayed for two nights for our anniversary. It was very clean and tidy and a perfect distance from Helen. The cabin is a nice little space with a hot tub on the deck and a Jacuzzi tub in the room. Plus it has a tin roof, so when it rained, it put us right to sleep. Could ask for a better weekend.

Much needed getaway
