My husband and I traveled to St. Marys for a long weekend in August and stayed in this very nice townhome. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and with extra details (snacks, sample toiletries, etc.) that make it stand out. We enjoyed traveling to our in-town dinners on the provided golf-cart. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Juane, who made us feel very welcome to her town and her townhome. We highly recommend it!

All the comforts of home
We spent a week in this beautiful townhouse and could not have been happier. Juane was fantastic and gave us lots of info on the area. The golf cart was a great bonus - so fun to drive through town in it or go to breakfast. They also had bikes but we didn't try those. Great location across from the ferry and close to town - couldn't be in a better spot in St. Mary's. If you want a quiet spot in this historic little town, I highly recommend Mermaid Cove!

Really pleasant stay
Juane and Randy have created a really pleasant environment for their guests with a lot of attention to detail. The area is great for families and a relaxing get away. The house comfortably accommodates 4 and we squeezed in one extra kid for a night when needed. The house has everything you need and is quite inviting. Juane and Randy are friendly and helpful hosts who truly care that you enjoy your visit. Book this one with confidence.

St. Marys Mermaid Cove is a BRAND NEW listing. This beautiful property has been newly renovated from top to bottom. It includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and lovely, new coastal furnishings throughout. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, the living room includes a 55" flatscreen with cable access to over 200 channels, and property includes WIFI access. This property includes everything you need except your clothes (i.e. coffee maker, washer/dryer, new BBQ grill that uses coal OR propane, etc.)
Property also includes a private deck where you can grill your catch of the day after spending the day out on the water. Owner lives next door to this property and can provide private boat tours on their 20 foot Pathfinder (inquire about this extra service when booking). 2 bikes are also available to access if needed (1 bike for an adult male and 1 bike for an adult female). St Marys is a golf cart community and by booking this listing, it also provides you access to owner's golf cart.
St. Marys Mermaid Cove is located in the downtown historic district across from the St. Marys River waterfront and is conveniently walkable to restaurants, bars, parks, and a marsh walk. Two golf courses are also local and accessible to the public (Trident Lakes and Laurel Island) for anyone interested in golfing while visiting.
St. Marys is the gateway to Cumberland Island, Georgia's National Seashore. The Cumberland Island ferry provides trips daily to the island and this service is also walkable from the property.
