Barbara is a wonderful host, the house is beautiful & spacious enough to easily accommodate our party of 5 adults & 1 youth, the kitchen is large, well stocked & we cooked some great meals, also enjoyed the screened porch for breakfast. If you are looking for a house in the quiet countryside but still assessable to Hwy 99 & Sacramento, this is the place!

A Quiet Sanctuary Away From the Storm
My family came from across the country and the world to be with my brother before he crossed over. All of the stresses associated with a prolonged illness were eased by the serenity of the ranch. It was a place of respite that we knew we could return to after the chaos of the day. It held all of us in tranquility. The pond, grounds and house itself allowed us all to decompress. To spend time together as a family allowed us to recognize how important we are to one another. This was the greatest gift coming from a heartbreaking situation. The ranch is truly a special place! Barbara quite literally was a godsend! Simply lovely! After my brother passed she connected us with a grief specialist to allow us an opportunity to remember my brother. Pauli met with us and we put together a small memorial for Gordon, which the ranch easily accommodated. Pauli was so helpful and we are all so grateful to Barbara for all the help she gave to us. She is a special lady who created a wonderful healing environment! Even the animals on the property were there for us. Dog cuddle therapy was perfect. This was THE perfect place for us. Thank you so very much Barbara for helping us through this difficult time and for sharing your marvellous home with us!

Amazing property, wonderful owner!
The home and property are amazing! So quiet and beautiful! Barbara is quick to respond with questions before booking and very easy to work with. It was perfect for my family! Barabara made sure to have everything ready and greeted us when we arrived. We were able to prepare meals in the wonderful kitchen, they even had a BBQ we could use. Plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms for our group of 10. I highly recommend this property! Thank you, Barbara for an amazing weekend!!

Our gorgeous contemporary home has all the amenities - big kitchen, screened porch, interior waterfall, 3bdrm/3bath with room to sleep more. The home has soaring 26-foot wood ceilings in the entrance offset by cozy interior spaces delightful for visiting and relaxing. This serene 6-acre ranch setting has horses in the pasture, ducks in the ponds and its own private airstrip. It is a beautiful, peaceful and comfortable setting.
Our property does lend itself to weddings and special events, but we are no longer offering that option. Out of respect for our neighbors, we are hosting overnight guest accommodations only. So, up to 12 of you can enjoy the place
while you're here.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the home. We have four additional tall inflatable mattresses so, if people don't need their own private bedrooms, we can sleep up to 12.
